“The best shoe shop for children. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for school shoes and so pleased they have size 7 & 8”
“I was looking for a Pokémon backpack for my grandson's birthday. A Google search showed they sold them here at Wynsors. I checked stock here at the Crewe store and reserved the item. I then rang the store to double check. Donna, the lady who answered the phone was brilliant. She confirmed there was just ONE left and put it behind the checkout for me so that it would tie up with my online reservation when it came through. When I got to store later Donna was there at the checkout with a wonderful smile holding the Pokémon backpack aloft with all my reservation details on her pad. This is what proper quality customer service is like. Donna is a bubbly, happy and very experienced retail professional. The Wynsors business plus the regional and store management teams should all be very proud of her, their store and the very, very high product and service offering provided. At 4pm today my grandson will be beaming from ear-to-ear and that will be thanks in no small part to Donna from the Wynsors store in Crewe - take a bow Donna, you're a Superstar ⭐️”

“Great service, lovely and professional gent and lady whom took care and pride in making sure my children had the right school shoes. Calm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you!”
“Mary couldn't have been more helpful. It was my sons first shoe sizing & she was brilliant! I'll definitely be going back again. 10/10 & would definitely recommend.”
“Next at Queens in Stafford is a shop for everyone. I am able bodied but have noticed the shop caters for people with all disabilities. There is a lift, an esculater, and a staircase. It's easy to navigate around the store and have personally found the staff very helpful and always approachable. There is plenty of parking and does have the added facility of a Costa where again the staff are very helpful so a win win all round.”
“Bought my children's school shoes from here and they seem like great quality shoes. Customer service was excellent, Rebecca (who served us) really couldnt do enough for us. Very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend shopping here!”
“Lovely staff at the Buxton store, really helpful and great with measuring the kids feet. No pressure to buy new shoes as the shoes they have already still fit but it's great peace of mind to be able to have them checked every so often and we will be back here to buy new shoes when their feet have grown. Only criticism would be that the door was wide open on a very cold day which seems an odd policy. Hopefully this can change going forwards.”
“We visited the store a couple of weeks ago to buy our little boys first pair of shoes. We were served by Sam - what a lovely person! He was very helpful, great with our little one and I’m sure will make a great teacher in future!”
“Without the expertise of Sherrilee, I would not be able to walk pain-free. The selection of shoes here is also fabulous and pretty stylish.”
“Very warm, bubbly and professional.”
