He was extremely professional and communication was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend him for any event or party.”

“Fantastic experience at Escape stoke attempting the Taken room. Didn't think we were going to escape but managed it in 59 minutes and 58 seconds! Really good puzzles and our game master Rob was great. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back again to try the other rooms!”

“We have just arrived home from my son’s birthday party at Lazer Quest, I can’t thank the team enough, we have had an awesome afternoon, the team were super helpful and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, all of the children and adults for that matter had the best time. If you want a stress free, laid back but fun party where you aren’t pushed out as soon as your time is over with great party hosts this is the place for you. “Our group had a great time during our visit. A couple of people in our group ordered food which they said was good. There had been a track problem earlier in the day so we had to wait beyond our scheduled time. Otherwise it seems as though the driver switchover was done very smoothly & efficiently. Ive never used electric karts before so I was unsure about what to expect, but to be honest.i would now choose them over 2-stroke. We had a couple of very good track sessions which had just the right number of drivers for the size of the track.”

“The staff at Shrewsbury are a real credit to an excellent fun place. They are so helpful and look as if they genuinely enjoy being with the children. There are plenty of staff spaced around, in case your child needs help or you need any advice. Definitely 5 stars to this place. The toilets are okay which is to be expected with children but the overall cleanliness is great.”

“Hired Adrian for my 60th birthday party, he was set up on time,he played random songs whilst people were arriving. He played every request asked for and he asks for a playlist of anything you like ,he had them up dancing. I would highly recommend him and I'm definitely booking next year for another family party”

“In an area of a city in need of improvement, the Smithfield Apartments are outstanding in more ways than one. The concept works. It is clear Emma & Steve have put a lot of care into their work on these apartment rooms, with attention to small details that make a great difference to the whole. The booking broker messed up with our reservation but these guys went above and beyond to put things right for our weekend. It was quiet, secure, comfy, and clean. Cheers guys, may you get a lot more well deserved business.”

“If your passing on your way to or back from town whilst staying at Premier Inn. This is a great tradition pub, with darts, pool, sports. A big welcome from landlord with friendly locals. A pub full of character & characters, not a bland plastic space. Excellent pint of Wainwright's. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“Funzone (now under new management) is a saviour for us! Not only is the coffee good (with endless far too tempting seasonal options), and the cakes delicious, the kids love the new menu which manages to hit that not too big, not too small spot. There's always something new the kids have worked out how to do and new friends to be made. They also do lots of really great events, with characters and crafts and endless prizes + mine adore the build your own soft toy events especially! Would always recommend as a great way to tire the kids out, and keep them moving (with out them trashing your house!) - also have held a bday party here and it was so easy with 25 happy kids and I barely lifted a finger.”

“Absolutely superb 4 day break at Alvaston Hall this week. The entertainments team were the very best I’ve seen at any of the Warner hotels. They work so hard not only on stage which was amazing but also all around the hotel keeping everyone entertained during the day. I wish them all well in the future, keep up the good work. To summarise , the room was clean and comfortable, food was very good, and the entertainment was second to none. We will definitely be back!!”
