“I cannot speak highly enough of Animal Trust after taking my French bulldog there this morning. Following a dog trainers recommendation I contacted them on Monday of this week following a 7 year issue around nail clipping. No exaggeration when I say the best vet experience my dog has had ever! I was able to stay with her and comfort her whilst she was sedated, given a blanket for her to be comfortable. Something so small but have never been offered a chance to do at our previous vets. Within 5 minutes of being taken away, she had her nails clipped and was ready to go home. Again something that probably sounds insignificant but having to battle my dog's and my own anxieties for years the vet here made me feel at ease. Highly recommended and will 100% be taking my dog here for anything we need in the future. Thank you so much”

“Amazing !!! Anita and Chris have been so helpful and have provided me with lots of useful advice / information. Anita has also gone out of her way to order me specific food and treatment for my cat. Anita checks in with me to ask how my cat Loki is doing and is also happy to offer further support and guidance. Could not be happier and couldn’t recommend this shop and the lovely couple enough! Saved me lots of £££ with vet visits and Loki is very happy he doesn’t need to leave his bed for treatment. Thanks so much again and highly recommend xx”

“When I brought my dog here, it had been because of an absolute emergency, a kind lady had brought us both here out of the kindness of her heart. The Vet who saw my dog did so instantly and with kindness, spoke to me like an actual person and charged me a fair price for helping my Emily. I cannot thank the angels who work here enough. My Emily seems to have made a full recovery through their quick action in a time I thought she was lost. Its to my shame that i do not know the name of the gentleman that looked after her, but I thank you with all of my heart. I cannot reccomend this place, or the people inside enough. If i could leave my reccomendation as a plaque on my home, then i would. Thank you.”

“Friendly staff abit pushy for donations if being honest but they do a good job some doctors seem to care others not so much, gets nosey from dogs cats etc Only 2 disabled parking bays inside Parking inside but always full parking on road outside without any double lines or single lines.”

“I have been a client of this practice for quite a while and have had many pets dealt with at this vets. I always find the staff to be very helpful and welcoming and the vets are thorough with their exams and give me all the required information I need to make the best decision for my pets. My most recent visit was for my cat's annual booster and health check. Harry examined both my cats from top to tail and made me aware of some health problems. Having all the information we managed to sort a referral to a specialist (which was organized same day). I know that my pets are always in good hands with this team, fantastic care and I couldn't ask for more.”

You can guarantee your cats are in the best hands possible, she goes above and beyond to ensure each cat is enjoying their stay as much as possible. “We used Cats Cradle for the 1st time in September 2024. Beverley who runs it made sure my 2 cats settled very well which I was a bit worried about. This wasn't the usual place that they stay but on collection they seemed very happy. I would certainly use this cattery again.”

Everyone there is so lovely and friendly, and you can tell they really care about the animals - they even helped us get a cheaper prescription online, and their prices are great! “My dog was very ill with kidney problems the vets were great and got her on a drip and all what she needed the whole team were lovely and supportive throughout her time at the vets. My dog is anxious and can be reactive by snapping the vets and staff handles her well. Nothing too much trouble rang about my dog and rang back as soon as they could. I’m very great full to all the staff in helping with my dogs recovery thank you so much ☺️”

“I moved to Richard Smith from Vets4Pets after substandard care and treatment following an accident where my dog broke his leg. Since moving across to Richard the care Max has received has been excellent. He's a boisterous and excitable 1 year old Lab and Richard knows exactly how to handle him and to ensure the treatment he does is suitable for Max. I have recently also had Max neutered with Richard and again the care and treatment before/during/after surgery has been excellent.
