DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!!! They don't tell you this, but they outsource to Uber. My food was stolen by uber and never turned up. They said this is a frequent issue. After 90 mins the store person delivered my food personally. So you will get food, but I seriously hope you aren't hungry or in any kind of rush. It's probably fine for takeout, but don't get delivery from Papa Johns.
Food was absolutely disgusting, I ordered a meat feast, and I definitely didn't get what I paid for. I got a pizza with the most disgusting curry base with the just black olives and covered in tobacco chillies cause. It a shame I can't add the photo of it on here, and the worst part of it, it was stone cold and soggy. It has to be the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I definitely will not be ordering from here again. So its PAPA JOHNS 8 BOTWELL LANE IN HAYES.
I wanted to buy a pizza, so I called the Papa John’s Hayes store near me. When I asked the staff which branch it was, she cut the call. I tried again, and they cut the call once more. I tried a third time, but after that, they didn’t answer. This happened at 5:40 pm on 24th September, when a girl answered the call. She was very rude. I really like Papa John’s pizza and often order from central London, but because of the behavior of the staff in the Hayes branch, I don’t want to order from them again. I am very upset and will not be going back.
Serves RAW CHICKEN. Never order from this place every again when I spoke to somebody on the phone he told me that, that’s how they cook the food there and they follow the temperatures that they should cook the chicken in. Pizza had hardly any chicken and looked horrible.
They sent pizza delivery too late and it was so cold. I did complain about they said will send next time free pizza but now they don’t know nothing what they did promise. Bad service will never order again from them .
Very disappointed with the pizzas. 1) The dough was thick as a bread roll and hard. Toppings were next to nothing. 2) the size ordered was XXL, if this was XXl i wonder what is small & large. One thing is for sure not going back there again. Absolutely disgraceful.
Firstly the Vegan cauliflower wings came raw and tasted absolutely disgusting. Made a complaint and was offered a free pizza; which was good customer service. However, the free pizza came with an extra topping, a long 'hair'...which i had to pull out of mouth. We don't expect this from name brand pizza establishments.
The presentation may be good, the ingredients and flavour may be good, but for a Pizza to work, just those won't suffice. Pizza should be delivered warm and be eatable (not dry). The ones we received today was COLD, DRY totally overshadowing our evening. Food used to be good here at the Hayes branch. The online tracking showed pizza as delivered around 40-45 minutes since order was placed. However Pizza was only delivered around 65-70 minutes from the point of order (and that too after paying a Delivery fee). And this has happened before. I rang up the branch to check why online tracking showed as Delivered. I was told - Don't worry, it will be delivered. I checked again, But what if it was delivered to someone else, Don'y you want to take my order number and check. I was told - Don't worry, it will be delivered. The person who took the phone was simply not interested to help. Makes me think, if the data is fudged to indicate pizza is delivered on time when in reality it is not. Bye bye Papa Johns. This was the last time. After this review, I am going to request my account details to be deleted from your systems as I do not intend to return again.
