   Absolutely unacceptable service. Order arrived late, and to top it off the Pizza Hut box was already open when it was handed to me. The security seal was broken which completely defeats the point of having one in the first place. Basic food safety and hygiene clearly aren’t a priority here. I contacted them immediately and was promised a refund, yet here I am still waiting with no refund and no update. Empty promises seem to be part of the service. Late delivery, compromised packaging, and zero follow-through afterward. If you’re going to charge people full price, at the very least deliver food sealed, on time, and take responsibility when you mess up. Won’t be ordering again until this place learns what “standards” actually mean.

   I personally never had issues with Pizza Hut in general, if I ever do I just get in touch with the corporate team, and they usually resolve whatever issue I have, just takes one email, I order here regularly, usually getting their classic margherita pizza, the delivery is usually quick and the pizza arrives hot. Only qualms, I would say is the pizza is 70/30, sometimes it's really good, sometimes it's just not as good. But when it's good, it's really good, hopefully luck favours you too, lol.

   I ordered a Veggie Supreme Deep Pan Pizza, but I received a Thin Crust Pizza instead. This was very disappointing. The service also seemed unorganized, with many staff working but the quality of service being very poor. Please look into this issue and ensure better service in the future.

   I ordered a deep pan pizza: double pepperoni, extra mozzarella cheese. What I received was not what I, and I hope you, would call acceptable for a pizza from chain like this. The amount of cheese provided on the pizza was abysmal, with the outer edges of the pizza having absolutely no cheese on whatsoever (which was poorly disguised by some pieces of pepperoni in some places), and other parts of the pizza with just nothing on at all, just dough. Overall disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

   Ordered 2 pizzas. One vegan veggie and one half pepperoni half veggie supreme. Received 3 pizzas, guess they could bother to make it half half. Pepperoni was not cooked properly and there was no mark on the box which one was vegan and which one wasn't...

   Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly and tasted raw. Instead of the garlic bread they gave me something else. When I called to ask why, I got told it was my fault as they had apparently called me about it as they had run out( I hadn’t recieved a call). The store should accept its mistake for not updating their website instead of blaming the customer. Won’t be ordering from here again!

   Ordered a veggie sizzler which is a vegetarian dish on the menu and they put meat on it. Clearly don't care how they are cooking in this store. We rang the manager of the store who literally didn't care at all. Didn't process a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
