IT WAS SO BAD! DONT EVEN BOTHER VISITING! Me and my family ordered and they got EVERYTHING wrong! We called them and told them that our order was wrong but they didn’t even care and said ‘well that is what you guys ordered’ THE AUDACITY! Just don’t visit because this was been the worst restaurant I’ve visited so far!
Bought a whole piri chicken, so dry i didnt eat it. I actually asked them to make sure there's some piri sauce on the chicken whilst ordering and collecting. 2nd time this has happened so i called them to let them know only for them to start shouting back, i just put the phone down. Increased prices by 40% past couple of years and the food is worse than ever. And the restaurant is absolutely filthy, overflowing bins, sticky dirty floor and a funny smell. Won't be going back.
Ordered via Deliveroo, my order was accepted, yet over an hour later they rang me saying they don’t deliver to my area (they clearly do as have done before). I did ask why it took them over an hour to tell me that and they came out with a number of pathetic excuses. Then went on to not answer calls from Deliveroo as for refund and clicked ‘delivered’ on their side as to make refund all the more difficult. Do not order from here unless you want to be then re ordering an hour later! Also no tracking available so you’re left guessing.
They gave me a pizza I didn’t order !! They ALSO gave me a mouldy garlic sauce that has clearly been sitting there for MONTHS?
Honest review Experience on my recent visit. Dirty shop with mice running around. Poor customer service with broken or no English. Unprofessional and Dirty uniformed staff. Poor quality food tastes like eating plastic, rotten chicken and tasteless pizza. Please don't waste your time and money here..

Very bad customer service. Very clearly ordered 2 cheeseburgers and chips and the very rude guy gave us 2 chicken burgers. When I went back with the food he called me a liar, talking down to me, started to raise his voice at me in the busy shop infront of customers and proceeded to be very rude. They have messed up the burgers more than once, given the wrong change. They have the worst customer service.
