   The pizza is pretty basic, but the prices are competitive so that’s to be expected. I used to go here regularly, and I would not say it’s bad at all. The staff are friendly enough, and the place is reasonably clean and tidy. Wasn't a long wait either. If you’re looking for a pretty average pizza at a good price, I would still definitely recommend it.

   Hands down has to be one of my favourite pizza places in west London, staff is super friendly never had a problem with them even when I ask for the most unusually things they accommodate to each of their customers from what I’ve seen. I honestly can’t express how fresh and crispy their pizza is, a solid 10/10 all around.

   I have been a regular customer in this shop for last few years. It looks like there is a change in the management or chef, the pizza we bought today tasted awful Called the customer service, didn’t receive much of a response ☹️

   I always come here with my fiance ever since I found a hair in Hot House Pizza's pizzas. They never disappoint. I highly recommend Door 2 Door pizza. Very respectful men and boys. They take a little long but it's worth the wait, amazing food. Never disappoints. I haven't had a bad experience with these guys. I absolutely love them. I always get my pizza from them! In addition, the wings were cooked to perfection, slid right off the bone. Absolutely beautiful.

   Horrific service with rude and incompetent staff. The boy with the bushy hair served all his mates before he served me. Pizza was left out for 40 minutes and I had to ask for him to give me the pizza along with the food. He said 15 minutes however I sat there for an hour waiting! Please do not waste your time and order elsewhere absolutely horrified by this experience. Pizza was cold by the time I ate it

   Absoulte poor service I ordered a pizza through just eat using a student discount code with £15 off my order and the owner brought the pizza to my house and didn't give us our order as he was not willing to sell if purchased using an offer code. They shouldn't have accepted our order in the first place.

   Don't waste your time and hard earned money. I rarely leave reviews, but hopefully I can save some people the hassle and their money. Twice I've ordered, once for delivery and another for collection. Delivery was over 40mins late and was missing an item. I was told it would take over an hour to deliver the item and a refund wasn't an option! It sounded like I was talking to a 14 year old girl with no customer service experience or understanding. I wrote that bad experience off and tried to order for collection two months later. This time I'm greeted by a very young boy who informs me all offers are invalid despite what Google, their own website and even the pricing on their in-store menu says. I hung up. There are better independent shops who deserve your support and money. Amore, Hot House and others to name a few who are local and provide a better service. Spend wisely and don't support below par service.
