   Pizzas arrived cold and with wrong toppings. Ice cream was delivered as a different flavour than ordered. Most of the pizza was overcooked and chewy. Absolutely awful.

   I recently had a disappointing experience at their shop. Not only did I notice signs of rats scurrying around, but the overall service was equally underwhelming. I also tried their delivery service, which turned out to be even worse. The delivery person was extremely unprofessional; he insisted that I come downstairs to collect my order instead of delivering it to my door. To make matters worse, he rudely warned that he would spit on the food if I didn’t retrieve it promptly. This appalling attitude and lack of care for hygiene are unacceptable and have left me questioning how they are still in business.

   I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life, and this was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a paneer pizza from Topps Pizza, and I even double-checked the order with them. Still, they gave me a chicken pizza. I didn’t realise until I had already taken a bite — for someone who’s never eaten meat, this is not just a small mistake. It’s seriously upsetting and something that can’t just be brushed off as “confusion.” When I called them, they told me to come and collect the correct pizza. Why should I go all the way again for a mistake they made? they later agreed to send a new one, but even then the apology didn’t feel genuine at all. The staff didn’t seem to understand how big of a deal this is for someone who doesn’t eat meat. To anyone ordering from Topps Pizza: please open your pizza and check it before you leave. Don’t trust the label or what they say. Make sure it’s the right one. They told me it was a mistake, not intentional but that doesn’t make it okay. I’m never ordering from them again. Super disappointed.

   Absolutely shocking. We ordered two pizzas from their hillingdon branch, and waited possibly more then an hour for it to arrive. When it did, the courier didn't even bother come to the door, only ringing my Phone saying "I'm outside." Rude considering door delivery is quite in the job description. Then the pizzas themselves were ridiculous. The gluten free/vegan pizza looked dry as dust, and the cheese was hardly there. The second pizza was the wrong order. When ringing to complain, the person on the phone was barely audible and kept saying "one second" and putting us on hold for 5 minutes. They then promised to send the correct order in "20 minutes" which they failed to do on time. Unacceptable and over-priced.

   Ordered my medium size pizza was told waiting time would be 15 minutes. My pizza was ready on time. The staff were polite and very helpful. The price for the pizza was competitive which surprised me. Pizza was very tasty, would not hesitate to recommend this branch. this is now my go to place when I fancy a pizza.

   AVOID - i ordered the 'medium' hot dog pizza, not only is this the smallest medium pizza i have ever seen - it was also missing the mustard mayo. when i called the place, they told me it has 'ran out' but no one could be arsed to tell me this when they received the order. the pizza was that overcooked, that the hot dog pcs were basically like pepperoni. i also had some chicken nuggets from this order and most of them were pink, i told this to the man on the phone and he didnt care, not phased in the slighest. i was throwing up all night - i have pics of this too in case you dont believe me :). there is a reason i have never ordered from here and defo wont be ordering from here again. VILE - steer clear
