   Ordered two pizzas and two chips. The pizzas arrived first. Without the chips. Pizza was stone cold. Then 1 hour and 40 minutes later, the chips turned up by a different delivery driver. They were also stone cold. Avoid this place like the plague, they're literally embarrassing!

   I waited over an hour for my pizza. Called them to check and the lady lied on the phone and said driver is on his way when it was still being prepared as that was said in her conversation with her colleagues in her language. I had ordered jalapeños on the pizza and both pizzas did not have it. The pizza also didnt taste right. It was uncooked and the cheese was off. I felt it was rushed as I called them to see where my order was. When contacting them again to let them know, they kept saying they did put jalapeños and told me they will check the cameras. I told them 3 people checked the pizza and its not there. Then I called them again and he offered to make a fresh one but I said no and wanted a full refund. Again he claimed he was the manager and told me he will call me back in 10mins. Then I called again and he claimed there was jalapeños and said he cannot give me a full refund. Not sure if owners have changed because they were never like this. Very disappointed

   Extremely disappointed. I ordered a pizza through their own app and no response. I tried calling and it goes to voicemail every time. I like their pizzas but now I've had enough of this bad service.

   Ok … so I was ready to give this place a 1 star.. in fact I did, and am now editing it… so we ordered a the big pizza online for pick up… got there and it was like asking for the winning lottery numbers. Clueless ! Didn’t even realise we ordered it.. Not sure what happened. We paid for it and didn’t get made. They made a pizza for us whilst we waited. But added on time. Pizza was tasty. So 3 star is justified. If the order was correct I’d go 4 maybe 5 but it was a complete mess up

   Acton branch Has one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The pasta bolognaise was super fresh and delicious. Staff was so friendly and the prices were so reasonable.

   For now purely based on answering their calls and answering quiestions , very polite telephone manner and profesionalism. Will make an order in 5 mins , will post a honest review on taste appearance and customer service. Taste appearance overall 10/10

   Normally I would recommend this to anyone. Last week went there and I said when ordering to change toppings on two pizzas. Guy said on "both"? I said yes because someone allergic to green peppers. When another guy was making pizzas he was putting green peppers. Again I had to remind him he said no problem and he made two more. When I got pizzas I assumed he had done it right as I reminded him. Checked top only and was raining so left. Got home and 1 was wrong. I called and said please can I speak to manager. I spoke to a guy who was sao apologetic and said he would deliver all way to Southall a new correct pizza and I said thank you so much. Two mins later the guy who took my order,elderly guy with glasses called and shouted at me saying "how dare you say I make mistake I never do I'm not sending you anything! You made mistake I never do. I tried to ask his name and ask who I had spoke to before but he spoke over me and I said if I had made an error why didn't guy making pizza tell me? I understand miscommunication occurs but he was the rudest person in that shop. He then slammed phone down on me when I asked his name saying he was too busy and he was "always right and I can do what I want". Advice to people - be very clear what you want and check every pizza and watch as they make it if you go there! Have contacted head office as what a disgusting way to behave in that franchise.
