   Absolutely horrific restaurant, avoid at all costs. I've ordered from this Pizza Hut twice - both times the driver has squashed the top of the pizza into the box while delivering and the food has been cold. I live five minutes away. Both times they've had to send me out a replacement, bringing the total wait time to 2 hours. The sheer level of stupidity necessary to deliver crushed pizza boxes, when your one and only job as a restaurant is to deliver pizzas, is frankly impressive. They're many awful reviews are 100% warranted.

   The food is always good and well-cooked. The service is always efficient and pleasant. I've only used it for takeaway. Dine in isn't possible.

   I ordered a large pan margarita with ham which comes with double cheese, cheese triangles and a portion of wedges. My order arrived late and when there was little cheese on over half of my pizza and there was only half a portion of wedges. I called and was told that I could get a free pizza next time I ordered (prior to noticing the wedges) and I told my parents who were out. My dad called up and they agreed to send a replacement pizza and wedges after arguing with him and we was quoted a time of 35 minutes. Over an hour later the replacement food hadn’t arrived so my dad called again where they argued with him and then we fount out that my replacement food had been delivered to the wrong address. They agreed to send another replacement order out and agreed to resend my whole order. After ordering my food at 17:16 my second replacement arrived at 20:50 which was also delayed. My replacement pizza had more cheese than the last but did not have the standard double cheese that comes with a margarita pizza. They had also missed the cheese triangles on the replacement order. Absolutely shocking. Me and my family have been ordering from this location for years and we have never had such a terrible experience (not sure if ownership has recently changed). I have also contacted the customer care team about this experience. Please do not waste your money or time here.

   Upon making an order via and the where we were advised our food would to delivered by 18:30. Driver finally arrived at 18:55 with cold pizza and one pizza missing. The driver tried to con Venice me I hadn’t ordered the missing item and checking the receipt the missing pizza had clearly been ordered, they’d forgotten it. After contacting the branch manager I was told a full replacement would be with me by 19:30, this never happened. Calling them again, now 90 mins since I originally ordered the manager said my missing pizza would be delivered soon but would not replace the cold items even though they’d originally agreed to do so. I decided to take my cold items and visit the branch directly where I was told my missing pizza had been cooked and they would replace the cold items. While I waited they’d refused to give me a time frame and the manager repeatedly walked away and ignored me when I asked several times all while one of our pizzas sat in a box getting cold while the rest of the order was being cooked. Once receiving the order 30mins later over 2 hours after our original order we were presented with the cold pizza that they left on the side. The manager and myself checked the temperature and she’d agreed our pizza was cold, but they wouldn’t replace it again even and was happy for us to leave with a cold pizza. We will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again and hope they have the decently to refund our money as a way of an apology.

   Ordered two pizzas and both overdone with little dough in the middle. Serverly disappointed. Did not even rectify!!

   Wouldn’t buy my pug dog garlic bread from here let alone pizza. The pizza is burnt and hardly has any toppings. I could count 20 toppings on an xl pizza disgraceful. Even my dog turned his face when I offered him a slice.

   The pizza I ordered was not what I expected and was significantly smaller in size. However, I was able to receive an instant refund through Uber Eats. So i got a free pizza. Despite it being free, it still was disgusting .

   If I could give minus stars for this hut then I would do. Have been using this hut on and off over a decade now, we more often than not have issues ie food undercooked, overcooked, missing items, cold food, squashed boxes the list is endless, but this last experience takes the biscuit! We decided to treat ourselves to take out on NYE and as it had been a while since ordering from this branch we decided to give it another go BIG REGRET! ETA for delivery was 30-40 mins after over an hour still no delivery, attempted to call the hut almost 20 times with no answer. Attempted to call the hut again the following day, again no answer, attempted to call customer experience as payment has been taken from my account, no reply!!! I had to chase and threaten to take legal action for my money to be returned to me, it is an absolute joke! save yourself the hassle, don't order from this branch the staff and service is unbelievably bad and customer service don't care or help!

   Went in to place an order, they don't take cash or card and the only way you can order is on your phone! My battery was dead so couldn't download their app and order the pizza.... at their counter! Who thought this was a good idea for business?! Won't be back.

   What you get is pretty good. I like the Beyond Meat pizza. Unfortunately, this branch in particular often forgets to include items, or does not inform you they are out of stock, and offer no refund for the additional items you've ordered. Delivery is typically on time. Just do not add peri-peri stuffed crust. It is never in stock. I seem to have made this mistake multiple times.
