I ordered on Thursday margarita and veg large pizza. Amazing pizza and delivery was good and efficient. Even the customer service over the phone was excellent. Would recommend.
I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—the pizza had the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. Thank you so much to Meet Patel who recommended a good pizza and delivered hot pizza.
This has got to be one of the best pizza restaurant with an amazing range on the menu boasting fantastic flavour combinations. The staff are wonderful and the atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely. The staff named was Gurinder was very knowledgeable and friendly. And he very kind hearted person .I honestly think it is better than others .
Ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut website, and it was fulfilled by their Greenford branch. I clearly should've looked at the reviews before ordering because the pizzas were a complete mess. I have attached a photo showing the leftovers of 3 pizzas - can you set them apart? Probably not! The pizzas tasted as appalling as they looked; dry, overcooked/burnt and salty. People buy from pizza chains to enjoy a standard taste and quality, this is why most are happy to pay extra for it. The person I spoke to at the branch did offer to send a free pizza/etc, but how can 1 pizza, from the same place, make up for the way 3 other pizzas were completely ruined? In the end I really need to ask, how can someone mess up a pizza like that? Not worth the aggro, buy at your peril.
I Love this Pizza Hut. There are some shady outlets out there, but not this one. Hats off to you Pizza Hut, brilliant service. We've Been using the Greenford Branch for some time now. Love it.
Ordered on Uber eats and added special instructions that were completely ignored. When I called the shop to explain, the worker Sadd, was very unhelpful and also very challenging to say the least. The employees excuse as to why my order requirements were not met, was that I “added a delivery note and not an order note”. But I’ve ordered this way multiple times with no problem. He was disrespectful and fast to pass the blame/ issue onto Uber. Uber claims they “aim to partner with merchants who exhibit professionalism, in order for customers to have a great experience when ordering through the Uber Eats app”. Meaning it’s down to pure unprofessionalism and laziness from workers at this Pizza Hut branch. No refund was given to me through Uber, just an apology and the Pizza Hut employee denied their need to handle the matter. Already at 3.3 star rating, should be lower.
Tasty pizza well made by the staff,arrived hot thanks to the uber driver only problem no Garlic sauce which after you pay around £16.99 would be good to be include! Company saves pennies by not giving out 1 sauce for pizza, client should save pounds and not order at all!
If you want pizza for lunch - you will go hungry. If you're lucky it might arrive by dinner. Not the first time they've delivered late. The hut is less than 10 minutes from our place but took over an hour to arrive ( we didnt even order during their peak times) . Told 10 minutes a few times, I think they started to make the pizza the first time I called, after the time they should have delivered. Will not be ordering from them again.
