Pizza Express in Ealing is always our local favourite and my family and I are always very happy with the service and staff. The pizzas never disappoint, and they’re always happy to customise them to our preferences. Nabil was especially attentive and polite, and we really enjoyed his company, humour and his recommendations.
Service and attitude is very poor. Walked in and we were told to just find a free table. When we went to a specific area we were then told No, can’t sit here or there. Well why didn’t you seat us at a table then? Next is the taking the order part which nobody could be bothered with after waiting for some time so we just walked out. No interest in the customer whatsoever!
We are two elderly ladies gone for a light lunch. Had to order two salads as the first one was small. Had a glass of water spilt on us, apologised, but nothing to amend him splashing us. The pizza was obviously made by a first day trainee.(pic)When paying, the gift card code couldn't be read, but instead of trying to use a different way to use the card, we were hurried to pay cash. £60 paid for poor service, poor food and a complete lack of customer etiquette. Strange the 5star reviews were answered instead of the ones that were lower, that need their attention.
Thank You Nabil for your warm service. He is so welcoming and interactive. I surely bet that if you are alone and thinking twice before going to a restaurant, pizza express ealing is the place because you would find Nabil, who will not make you feel you are alone. He will be here interacting with you with a big smile and funny punches. Thats all you need. Nabil, You made me enjoy my dinner even more

Exceptional service and amazing pizzas as always. You should try their pastas and salads as well which are so good ! I have been trying their summer and winter menus for 10 years now and they have always been amazing. This place has some good vibes and the staff is super friendly. Thank you for accomodating my customised requests as well
As we arrived, we were greeted and escorted to our table. Service was quick, food was delicious and the vibes were really nice. We had a cosy little place and felt great. Staff were very attentive and patient too. We couldn't have asked for a better night out with the family!
A small and compact Pizza Express with two floors. No host desk at the front. Excellent quality food as you would expect and great service.
