Food was average, nothing special. Staff are somewhat rude & incompetent, not the best customer service skills.
Very poor .. they gave me all the salad and whatever sauces they decided without even asking what I wanted i hate salad and they wouldn't swop it.. very poor service and will never go back.. what a waste of money.. avoid...
Superbly delicious pizza! On the contrary, staff behaviour is rude & unprofessional… they have a huge dine-in space, but take-out is recommend because of the unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere inside. Food is great though!
We ordered 12 inch, two pizzas and then both of than didn’t have any test and they took our order 35 minutes before on mobile phone and after that 28 minute i had to wait in restaurant. service is poor and uncooked
I ordered a pizza and chicken . But the chicken legs did not have any meat on it. Was all bones. When I called up to the store I said I want to speak to the concern person. He said he is the boss. He was so rude that he refused to help. And not trying to listen to what I said. No good customer service at all. Poor service.
Bad customer service talking each other 4 of them watching faces instead work on orders, place an order i can see know one taking care of the order not evan busy, food not tasty either

Abysmal experience, staff were unprofessional and were disrespectful. Once I had received my order I was surprised by how small the burger especially after the expensive price. You are not getting what you pay for, you are getting less. This establishment used to be good but now the standards have decreased largely. AVOID this place, go somewhere else in Hounslow. This restaurant is not worth it, not worth your time nor money. Would give this 0 stars if possible, not coming back to this establishment again.
