   Can’t fault this place. Good food for a really good price. Special mention to our waitress yas who was the sweetest woman. Constantly checking up on us and accommodating us even though she had multiple tables to serve. She is amazing at her job xx

   Weekdays 12pm-3pm Lunch Pizza Hut Buffet is £9.99 each, or we did £15.99 each with Unlimited Refills and Unlimited Ice-Cream Factory. Not much of my fave BBQ Chicken Pizza and had to keep waiting and no tissues available, then found blue roll.. Didn't get the table I wanted too. But other than that it was fine. Salad was good.

   Kam, the manager at this Pizza Hut was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and very helpful - great customer service. He made us feel welcome, but what really stood out was how he went above and beyond to make my special needs little sister feel comfortable and happy. That kind of care means a lot! Food was fresh, tasty and great quality - just what I expect from Pizza Hut!

   I visited Pizza Hut at Feltham Leisure Park on Wednesday 30 August, and my family and I had a truly outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well‑maintained the restaurant was—clearly a priority here. What made our visit stand out was the manager’s exceptional leadership. Rather than just issuing instructions, the manager was actively involved—greeting guests, helping out staff, checking trays, tidying tables—basically setting an excellent example in how to deliver friendly, proactive service. It really elevated the entire experience. The rest of the team matched that energy: attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful. Our meals arrived promptly and were piping hot. Everything from the buffet layout to table service felt seamless and thoughtfully managed. The food quality was spot on, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet efficient. We left feeling well looked after and thoroughly satisfied. We will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family—and definitely plan to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Food is great, I hate need to order via an app just so that they can acquire data. Arrived about hour after opening for the buffet, yet at 12:20 there wasn't 1 pizza ready?? Service was friendly but the delay was annoying.

   We arrived late lunchtime. Buffet still being served. Due to few customers, buffet pizzas were cooked to order after the waitress asked us our preferences. Food arrived quickly and was piping hot from the kitchen. We all enjoyed it and will visit again soon.

   It is very rare to find a pizza hut not being great. The whole experience was bad for us. The plates, cups and cutlery are worn out. Even if I can ignore it the food was terrible. I am a big fan of pizza hut pizzas but the one we got here were mediocre. Even the chips and the salad, none of them are of the best quality. Very disappointed!!

   One of the best Pizza Hut restaurants around. The atmosphere inside is your usual Pizza Hut, staff are warm and welcoming. The buffet food was constantly being replenished and was never left sat on the side for long-periods of time, the salad bar was topped up and full the entire time during our visit and the restaurant in itself was clean and tidy.

   Good experience, can scan QR code on a table and immediately order to your table. I ordered the meal deal for 2-3 and it was more than sufficient for two people. It comes with a large pizza, dessert for two, two sides and three salad bowls. They even auto deliver the dessert towards the end even if you order online.
