   tried to scam us £30 !! Food never came so we rang they then said they transferred us to middleton papa johns but middleton papa johns, was closed. Also then said they'll call us back for a refund and then kept declining on us, we drove down and argued with them so they had no choice to give us the pizzas, spent £20 taxi getting there!! Do not order from here

   Ordered for 19.00 and didn't arrive until 19.40. Food was lukewarm, missed part of our order and the dairy free ice cream we ordered was swapped for a dairy one.. Never ordering here again - shame as I've had positive experiences with different Papa John's before.

   Actually always liked the pizza but the service is getting worse and worse. Ordered online, an hour later still no food despite the “track your order” option showing it as delivered. When I called the store they said it wasn’t even in the oven as they only had 1 driver and wanted to make sure it got to me hot! I asked why the tracking showed it updating every step of the way if this was the case, she blamed the driver. I asked why I didn’t at the very least receive a courtesy call re. a waiting time - she said she called but I didn’t answer! Needless to say I have no missed calls. Obviously short staffing happens but to be openly lied to both over the phone and through someone updating a tracking option is poor customer service. Only went there in the first place because Domino’s doesn’t deliver to this post code!

   Having seen some of the previous 1* reviews and that the franchise owner has personally responded to, which is amazing to see in all honesty. I'd like the opportunity to speak with him/her. As I too have recently had an issue with a purchase I made here. From looking at the reviews online it appears to be a trend (certainly with lots of consistency). I have made 3 purchases in total with Papa John's. 2 with this branch and 1 else where. The last I had from here was refunded in store but for an entirely different reason. The other branch, no issues whatsoever. Please feel free to reach out here. You are losing business with issues like this sir/madam. Regards J

   I m not what you call a pizza fan, I came here with my family for a pizza, there are numerous on the menu. It is a takeaway, you can order or wait for them to be don. Car parking no problems for all people. The entrance is for all people. The food was good. The staff were fast and proficient.

   The worst pizza I ever had to be honest. I eaten papa John's so many times from all different places but I tried here at denton for the first time. Not much cheese on the pizza. Pizza looked horrible. For the most expensive pizza around the area it sure was very disappointing.
