Ordered chicken shawarma & doner kebab, had no chicken was just a doner kebab… & to be honest the place is less than a mile away and kebab was barely warm.
We always order our take away pizzas from Pizza Magic and they are always outstanding. The cheesy chips are another favourite. Lovely staff and fantastic customer service.
I’ve just had a really positive experience in store at Pizza Magic. We’ve long ordered from here for delivery, but tonight I went in store. The couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. The food was gorgeous, as ever, but it’s the service that keeps us coming back. 10/10.
I have ordered from Pizza Magic multiple times for the past few years however I have just ordered again to be greeted by the driver who claimed to not be from just eat but actually from pizza magic and informed me not to order from them again as the “manager is busy” and “the manager doesn’t want to take your orders again as it takes to long to get to Marple” so why would you put the delivery range to Marple if you don’t want to deliver here. Absolutely appalling service. All I wanted is to order from one of my go to takeouts and I get told never to order from there again?!?!
By far the best pizza takeaway in the district
The absolute BEST donner meat, and meat shwarma meat ever! Kebabs are amazing! It’s become our ritual every Wednesday after a late shift for a kebab from here and won’t use anywhere else! Donner and shwarma are literally the best in the area!!! Highly recommend for a kebab!
Avoid this place like the plague, ordered twice, first time order was wrong, second time food was cold and pizza was like cardboard. When rang up to complain was told “what do you expect it’s delivery, if you want it hot you need to come and collect, or have you had a drink?” Manager was very argumentative and wouldn’t give a refund or replace the food!x £27 down the drain with no apology or recompense!x
Went in and ordered chips and donner meat was expecting more than 4 long strips of donner meat I pretty much got £4 worth of chips not impressed
