   The absolute worst dominos pizza I've ever had! Avoid Domino's Hyde like the plague. Firstly, cold and undercooked, cheese not full melted and very doughy. Secondly, I ordered chicken and mushroom. I was given mushrooms and sweetcorn!! Lastly the place is dirty! I only ate three slices at about 9 at night. I was up a 6am on the toilet for an hour. Disgusting and disgraceful place. Never again. You can expect a visit from environmental health!

   Me and my partner usually love dominoes but the last 3 times we’ve tried to order it has been cancelled….says it’s open online and on just eat but gets cancelled. Not even straight away either. Waits at least 15/20 minutes then get the notification that it’s been cancelled. Really not happy about it. Takes ages to refund too

   Ordered 2 garlic breads, 1 arrived. Rang the shop who refused to give me a refund, just to send out another or give me a voucher for next time. Complained to head office, hyde branch rang me and offered a free medium pizza if I filled in a questionnaire in an email. Email never arrived. Last time I ordered from them they delivered to the wrong house, poor service Update - got an email from customer service saying 'Our Store Manager has confirmed that a refund was not requested at the time and that if the team were aware that you would have preferred a refund, this would have bene processed right away' I asked for a refund and was told this wasn't an option. So lying about it now and trying to cover it up and place the blame on the customer - great customer service

   What is it with Hyde Dominoes fear of cheese! We’ve gone full circle, they picked up their game for a little while but boom just like that the centre of my pizza is purely a base with a bit of burnt tomato sauce! It’s horrendous! Not even responded to my feedback. Go to Denton. Miles better!

   Disgusting service. Tried ordering 2 days in the last week- pizza got delivered 90 minutes late after the order. The pizza had gone ice cold !! When we tried ringing the shop , noone even picks the call. Absolutely disgusting !

   In the past I have really enjoyed this domino's but standards seem to have dropped recently. I ordered their Christmas pizza and there were barely any toppings and for the price I have just paid I think I will be going somewhere else from now on. Food arrived quickly, so no complaints there.
