Ordered of just eat had 30-45 mins delivery time which is the main reason we ordered. An hour after it was ordered still no sign, then just eat updated it to 9 o'clock making it an hour and half delivery time. I rang the restaurant and the man who answered the phone was nothing short of rude - zero customer service. I asked about delivery he said another 10-15mins but couldn't tell me if it had left the shop yet. Told me it had been extremely busy and I could cancel the order, I asked again if the order was actually ready to which he rudely told me he was cancelling the order and hung up! So after waiting an hour and a half we received no food and the way we were spoken to was so rude!

5-Star Review for Magic Pizza – Stalybridge’s Finest! Magic Pizza is hands down the best pizza place in Stalybridge – no contest! Their pizzas are made in-house, not bought in like so many others, and you can absolutely taste the difference. The dough is fresh, the toppings are generous, and the flavours are spot on every single time. I also tried their American Cheese & Bacon Burger and honestly, it tasted just like the original Burger King – juicy, cheesy, and cooked to perfection. Proper nostalgia! To top it all off, their delivery team is brilliant – always polite, friendly, and super quick. You can tell they take pride in their service. And let’s not forget – they’ve got a 5-star food hygiene rating, which just gives even more confidence in their quality. Magic Pizza is a local gem and deserves all the praise it gets!

The food is lovely. But the past 2 orders have had things missing. 1st one one donner meat which was delivered very quick. This time no sauce on kebabs.. other than that would recommend

I’ll start this review by saying congratulations! I usually order from here maybe once every 18 months as I always found the pizzas used too much cheddar cheese and not enough mozzarella and this made them greasy. The kebabs used to be a 5/10. Thought I’d try a kebab tonight as I had noticed when passing they had refurbished the inside and reduced their opening times so the takeaway could have new owners. I ordered a mixed kebab which included doner, chicken and Shish with hot chilli sauce. What a difference! The doner meat didn’t have that cheap flavour to it and was a huge improvement on what they previously served, the chicken was moist and had that ‘charcoal grill’ flavour to it, the chilli sauce was similar to that served at Hawkins in that it was very tomato flavoured but lacked spice. The Nan bread was store bought so not brilliant but the star of the show was the shish. It was up there with the best shish I’ve eaten as it was a generous portion but moist and simply melted in your mouth. It was that delicious. For a score, the quality and quantity of the shish raises it from a 4 star to a 5 star. The cost, including delivery was £13.15 so it’s competitive with other takeaways and due to the improvements made, I shall now add this place to my approved list of go to places for kebabs. Over all, a 100% improvement on the previous kebabs they used to serve :-)

Rang up for pizza and chips … was told 45minutes. After 1 hour I called the shop again to be told another 30 Minutes. Terrible service I cancelled my order and they were really chilled about it like they never even started on my order. Very bizarre as you’d think as a small local business they would be dying for the custom. You can not run a business like this.

Everytime I order the food is always piping hot, salads always fresh and the jalapeño flamers are to die for. Only negative thing I'd say is I wish the milkshake was a little thicker but I'd definitely recommend these to anyone! It's hard to find a decent lasagne that can be delivered but this is my go to place. £4 for a lasagne! Ill turn in to garfield in no time haha,Plus the staff and the drivers are always so cheerful and friendly.

The Garlic Bread has always been decent, the Pizzas average, but the kebabs awful - cheapest donner meat I've ever seen - never seen grey donner meat before. Delivery has always taken at least an hour. A couple of weeks ago, I placed an order and waited... After 90 mins, I rang up and got told it would be coming in 10 mins. Another 90 mins later, I called back... "Have you still not had it? I'll phone you back in 10 minutes". 20 Minutes later, no phone call. I tried calling again 3 times but they wouldn't answer. I sent an email asking for my money back as the order never came (it was only a pizza and a wrap). No reply. I went into the shop a week ago and spoke to the manager who appeared to know nothing about it. He said he'd issue a refund via the website payment, but nothing has been forthcoming, so I've had to claim it back through my credit card company. There's no shortage of places selling pizza, so no reason to deal with businesses who take your money and don't deliver your order.
