   Great food but orders for delivery take over 2hrs when busy and the person on the phone just pretends it’s on its way and lies about it. Compensated with a can of coke after 2hrs what a joke shame customer service is so terrible

   Ordered the Flamez special kebab and certainly wasn't disappointed. So much food for the money and perfectly cooked. Two of us couldn't finish it between us. Delivered quickly as well.

   Good food, bad experience. We have ordered from the place many times and usually is all good but ordered with cash payment recently and we got a rude, not trustworthy delivery person. First, the man pretended he had no change, then miraculously found the change... When asked why would he not know if he have it or not at the first place, he said rudly something along the lines "You already had a discount so why are you asking for change?". I do not know in what Universe that person lives but we like to think that we are all fair and square people in this area and if he does not like it, he should go elsewhere! Flamez is not going to be supported by us anytime soon, again.
