“We had such a lovely experience here. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and really well prepared. The service was fantastic from start to finish – the staff were so kind, attentive, and especially thoughtful in accommodating a disabled person my mum, which made the evening even more enjoyable and comfortable. Their friendliness and care really stood out. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, although on a Friday evening it was a little on the noisy side – but that’s only because the place is clearly popular and full of people enjoying themselves. Overall, it was a wonderful evening, and we left very happy. We’ll definitely be coming back again.”

“Honestly the best for fresh food.. the lamb shank is out of this world. Every dish is to be fair. They have updated the place recently and is really homely and welcoming. Staff are absolutely brilliant and always so polite ! Lucky for us we live round the corner but if your visiting please give them a go you won’t be disappointed !”

“Called today, 11/6/14 on a whim, had time for a sit down lunch and thought "why not?" The welcome was superb, the service excellent and the food....... AMAZING, definitely a place to go back to, we had the buffet at £6.99 per person, complemaentary prawn crackers, fab choice of starters and main courses, was told the buffet menu changes after 2 days to keep customers coming back, definitely worth a visit if you`re in town, A takeaway box is £3 and there were plenty of people choosing this option too. Highly recommended, will see you soon”

“Saturday 17th May 2025 This pub in Hyde necmxt to the train station is not just a historical gem with a proper Clientelle, and the person behind was polite and helpful Good banter was had in the fantastic pub it was good fun. There were 4 fantastic not big brewet ales on tonight with good rock background music next door to the Hyde central station This pub, when drinking real ales in Hyde, is an essential visit”

“First time dining there tonight and we can’t wait to be back! Shocked we had a hidden gem on our doorstep and didn’t realise. We had a mix of Sunday lunches, burgers and steak at our table and there wasn’t a bad thing to say about it. The beef on the roast literally melted on your tongue. Very good staff who checked up on us a lot to make sure we had everything we wanted. Many thanks to Jason as well, he was fab looking after us, very approachable and witty, which made the meal even better. We will be back soon!”

“11 of us visited on the 20/06/25 for a birthday meal. I hadn't eaten from the Spice Tower for over 6 years when it was under previous management following a poor takeaway. WOW it has changed. I had a takeaway a few weeks ago to test it out before booking for my stepsons birthday meal out and loved it. The family attended for said birthday last night and everybody agreed that the food was delicious and the service great. I personally had the tamarind prawns to start and the chum chum mix for main and couldn't fault it. Great value for money to. I think I've found a new favourite.”

“Can't fault it for what you pay. We paid £66 per double room and booked 2. My wife, children and I had an overnight stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff where lovely, restaurant area was really nice, building itself from the outside is nice. Yes some bits are maybe a bit dated but what are you expecting for £66 a room.”

“My partner booked Ela for a surprise date night! It was ‘nice’ .. I asked for olives while ordering my drink and was told no? Thought this was odd! But Nevermind! Order was olives, Saganaki (just tasted like very burned cheese) a trio of dips with hummus, a cheese pastry thing (can’t remember the name) mixed grill, Kleftiko - Wasn’t the best? Watery and flavourless (I had had it elsewhere and thought the same so maybe it just isn’t for me?) not sure I would recommend or go back! But I do know other people who really like it!”

“Superior smiles is more like a spa than a dentist! I actually enjoying going for appointments, which I have never done previous to being a client here! Everything about it is just lovely! The staff are amazing, from the beautiful Carolyn who greets you upon arrival through to all members of clinical team - Sarah has looked after me for a couple of years now and is just the best ! Rachel and Albert are just fabulous, their attention to detail to create the perfect smile is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! “Had a 2 night stay here for exploring the local attractions, the hosts are very Friendly and knowledgeable. A good choice of breakfast items that the cook for you fresh, good quality food too. The local pub just a short walk away has excellent dining for a relaxing evening too.”

“An internationally accessible haven of tranquility providing escape from the city. Dunham Massey is a brilliant green area south of Manchester, well conectes to Manchester airport. A range of flora and fauna make for a wonderful nature trail and forage, or a humble walk passively absorbing the natural landscape including forested areas and open pastures featuring abundant wildlife. On our visit most of the amenities were closed due to a met office weather warning, but this didn’t stop us exploring the vast grounds in peace. They often talk about calm before the storm, but rarely the calm during the storm- which is what we experienced due to the lack of fair weather crowds. I can imagine on more typical days tje cafes and visitors centre complete this experience with a warm drink or a hot soup after a brisk autumn stroll. I look forward to experiencing these on a future visit.”

“Amazing food, great service and unusual idea, all you can eat steak with the system of controlling when you wish to be served again by flipping the card from green to red. We visited last night for the first time and left really full and impressed. This is definitely not our last visit,the next time will probably come for bottomless service so drinks could flow as well. It's not cheap but it is worth the money. Everyone from the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the whole experience was just unforgettable including the deco and music. Thank you for having us and making our anniversary so special. “Our families have used The Hinton Guest House a few times for their stays when visiting us in the area, and it has always been a fantastic choice. Most recently, my parents stayed for 7 nights in December 2024, and once again, the experience was excellent. Ann has consistently been extremely helpful and responsive, making the booking process straightforward and stress-free. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this guest house apart. The guest house is in a central position in Mobberley village, making it incredibly convenient. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to the Coop mini market, the local pharmacy, and a bus station with routes to Knutsford, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, and Altrincham. Additionally, it’s approximately a 10-minute walk to the local pubs, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The rooms and premises are always spotless, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast service is a highlight—the food is cooked to perfection, and the service is attentive and friendly. We’re so fortunate to have such a reliable and high-quality accommodation nearby. “Tried here for the first time today when we arrived we were greeted with open arms and seated straight away which was a shock because it was soooo busy..the food was really good with a very generous portion and really good value for money.. My oh my best sea bass I have ever eaten, moist, fell off the bone, intensely savoury liquor, no extra thickeners. Just wow. And Sunny. Sunny sunny sunny. You were the highlight of the evening.
