“What a find! On an extremely rainy Friday lunchtime we found Greeko to be empty, but received a warm welcome. We shared the mixed platter which was incredible, all cooked fresh before us. The staff were friendly and the food tasty - we'll definitely be back!”

But what sets it apart from other restaurants is the fabulous staff. They were all so welcoming, helpful and genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience, which we certainly did! “A wonderful full on experience. I chose the KF Fish wings as my starter. This chef must be mad to come up with the idea of fish wings KFC style. It’s so hard to eat without getting frustrated by a bone here or there; but it is soooo worth it. A totally tasty, barking mad, delicious starter. Being a Friday I followed by posh fish n chips. It’s just what to expect from an excellent restaurant. Spot on. To finish Rasberry soufflé. An amazing and incredible desert. It’s a must visit restaurant.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic meal at Botley Mill! The food was a solid 10/10 – beautifully cooked and full of flavour. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout, but what really made the evening extra special was the personal touch. When we arrived, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco and a card signed by the team congratulating us on our one year wedding anniversary. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to us. Thank you for making our night so memorable, we’ll definitely be returning! (I only took a picture of our starter as i was too excited to dig in and forgot a photo of our main and desert!) Glass of prosecco again had been half drunk before i took a photo”

“First time here, and its tucked away on one of the backstreets which is quite nice actually. A group of 8 of us walked in and we were able to be seated pretty quickly. I was impressed with the food, the service was initially slow but sped up shortly after. Overall a nice meal and would go back! This restaurant allows you to charge your phone whilst at the table with a portable power bank from in house. That's quite unique and its the first restaurant i have been too which does this. Well done to Smugglers for introducing that.”

“Today me and my friend came here and it was a great experience. It was our 1st time doing hotpot so we didn’t really know what we was doing, but they had nice friendly staff and helped us pick based from there recommendation, and it was good value for money. It was just a little hard to get there attention to get more drinks :) 10/10 recommend”

We went for some humus, falafel, spicy sausages and the sharing mixed grill meze, with plenty of bread included. The food was very well packed and tasted very fresh and flavoursome. The falafel were rather large and a little dry but overall everything was delicious. Lots of food, with a 20% discount bonus for take away service. A great choice and definite addition to our selection of eat out meals... many thanks Baraca”

“Just had the BEST pizza in Southampton at Sherly Top Pizza honestly I cant get over how good it was the crust perfect crispy but still soft in the middle the toppings were fresh and full of flavor you can really tell they use quality ingredients I went for the pepperoni pizza my classic choice and out off all the shops I have been to this has to be the best one and it hit all the right notes simple but so delicious the staff were super chill and friendly too which just made the whole experience better if youre in Southampton and you love pizza Sherly is a must cant wait to go back”

“Authentic and amazing Thai food at very reasonable prices! We enjoyed a variety of dishes, and each one had clearly been made with such care and attention to every ingredient. Tender prawn tempura, flavourful Thai spicy sausage, chicken in a delicious garlic and pepper sauce and last but not least the incredible weeping tiger- the beef was perfectly cooked and the sauce was amazing. What a delight to find such a charming restaurant in our area! Thank you for a delicious meal and great service we will be back.”

“We had a lovely weekend away at this beautiful hotel with our extended family. Fiona could not do enough for us and offered us a different room when the cabin was a little tight for us with two small children. The children loved it so much so we stayed in the cabin and it was so cute, with clever storage and a real unique rustic experience. I imagine the best experience in one of the cabins would be in the summer as there was a semi private seating area to enjoy a tipple on a summers evening. There was a large shower and everything is done to a high finish. There was also some lovely gifts left for us on arrival. My Grandad's room in the hotel was lovely with a big bathroom including a stand alone bath which he loved. On our second night my Grandad had trouble with the TV and a member of staff went up to his room immediately to sort it out. The food in the restaurant was of high quality and very yummy. We will definitely be returning when we next come to the New Forest, would recommend for couples and families. Thank you Spot in the Woods!”

“Was recommended this spot for breakfast whilst I waited for my cars MOT. It turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. I had the full English breakfast could probably have had the half but was swayed by the selection. I didn't have to wait too long for it to arrive everything was hot, it did not disappoint. Very friendly staff, you can certainly see that this is a spot where people return time after time but you will be made to feel just as welcome if it is your first visit. Will be back”
