Instant peace of mind whenever we are away and always the most lovely photos/videos of our cats from her first visit to the last :) It is so clear that our pets get all the attention they need, even as outdoor pets that can sometimes be a challenge getting in for food [selective memory on 24hr cat flap access vs sunbathing/chasing anything that moves etc etc] the photos are great evidence that they are almost always back for Nicky's food tops up and loving affection.”

The peace of mind, to know our boy is loved and cared for in every way whilst we are away is very mush appreciated. He can’t wait to get in when he arrives, tapping on your door to be let in (yet he only does this at home to go out!!), to him wanting kisses and so eager to stay - we know this really is a home from home for our boy. He’s stimulated, brushed, fed, given so much love that going away we can enjoy our holidays rather than worry or rush home. The daily updates on social media are reassuring, and become a highlight of our day, waiting to see what action shot you got that day! We’d never think twice about where to send our energetic bulldog and look forward to him returning very soon for another break (we think he really feels like he is on holiday!!).”

“We have been away for a whole week ,Ritchie was looking after our 11 months old baby cat i cannot recommend him enough! everyday we have received update on our baby plus pictures so we could enjoy our holiday in full knowing our baby cat is safe and well. The service provided was extremely well not only looking after our cat but also cleaning after him, My baby did received proper care with lots of love! Ritchie is very nice and approaching person there was no issues with adding extra visit last minute , there was no issues with contacting always getting back quick. I will also add this 5* service is very much affordable!! would like to thank you and will definitely get in contact when going away again! “Nisha has been grooming our standard poodle, Merlin, for around a year now - starting when he was just a tiny puppy. Merlin absolutely adores Nisha, which I think says it all! He loves going to hers for a groom, and always perks up when he realises where we are heading. He comes away looking so fresh and beautiful, Nisha does a wonderful job grooming him even though he is a very lovely dog..! We absolutely cannot recommend Nisha enough.”

“Kirsty is always so attentive and caring towards my guinea pigs. The two long haired ones are bathed and have a hair cut every few months and all of them have more regular nail clips where Kirsty visits at our home to save the piggies getting distressed with travelling etc. They feel very comfortable around her and she always does a great job!”

Considering what can be a daunting prospect of handing over the keys to your home and care of your pets, Emma put our minds at rest with her thoroughly professional approach. We had daily updates via WhatsApp with videos/photos and even helped us with an ant problem that sprung up whilst we were away. Can’t recommend Emma highly enough.”

“Cottage Lodge Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are so welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay brilliant. I only stayed one night but wish I had been able to stay there longer. The room had lovely decor and was spotlessly clean. Also the location is perfect, really central and close to beautiful walks in the forest.”

“This pet shop is a real gem in the Olivers Battery area. They are really well stocked with quality pet food, treats and everything else you might need. The staff go above and beyond to help make sure you get what's right for your pet. Some stuff is pricey but it's very good quality.”

“I first discovered Grovely Pets when my puppy's food was making him feel unwell and was advised he most likely had a grain allergy. They suggested a different food for him and it worked pretty much immediately! Have continued going ever since and every single time I've been met with such friendless and a wealth of knowledge - I would highly recommend! Their prices are very reasonable and its clear that everything is high quality, its nice knowing my pup is being fed the best. Thank you so much :)”

“My dog absolutely loves all the different treats and chews we get from Vicky at the pet pad, they’re the only things that get him to settle and listen! Vicky is incredibly helpful with everything I’ve gone to her asking what she would recommend to help. Not only that, she’s honest and will not try to push you to buy something completely different like most pet stores!”

“Travelled an hour to visit this particular store after reading the great reviews on Facebook. I was looking into getting a royal python after mine died this year and came away with one! We have a store closer than this, but I wanted to come here and I wasn’t disappointed with the service or set ups. They put the animal first which is what a good store should do. An overall great experience and worth the distance travelled. Very friendly service and they all have great passion and knowledge. Thank you :)”

“Been using their online ordering and delivery for a few years now. Great selection from different raw meat providers, not stuck to just one, which normally means if something is out of stock you can find a good replacement from another provider. Have never had any problems over the years and very happy with their service. As long as they provide a service I see no reason for using anyone else.”

I have recommended 2 of my friends to come to this vet practice with their dogs and they are very pleased with the service.”

“Swift Pet Boarding is FANTASTIC. My partner and I were looking for somewhere to give our 2 guineas a holiday whilst we were away and we instantly knew we'd found the best place possible. Sue is so warm and friendly and it's obvious that she loves looking after the animals. We go back to her every time, she's lovely, reasonably priced, and our boys get the best pampering ever. If you need somewhere to go, go to Sue!”

“Chose Sophie’s pet care to walk my dog where other walkers refused to take him on, as was a rescue and had never been socialised. Sophie’s said yes and he is a changed dog rarely barking whenever he sees other dogs now & loves his walks. The Rangers obviously love what they do. Very pleased with the company.”

“Took my puppy Bella for her first adult groom with Michael today and we had such a great experience. Michael was amazing at recommending what style would look good on her, and showed me through photo examples so I knew what to expect. The staff were all absolutely lovely, and I even received texts throughout the groom to keep me updated with how Bella was getting on. Perfect experience, Bella will be back soon for more treats and pampering!”

“Very helpful and friendly lady, we were looking for charcoal biscuits for our puppy who has a dirty habit of eating poop and we were told to get these biscuits from an advise page, after searching around we found this pet store who sold them! She was good on giving us helpful advice. Thankfully our puppy has stopped eating poop now due to these biscuits! Hopefully I don't jinx it by writing this haha. Thanks for your help!”
