“I bought my dog Bambi in for her annual booster. She is a rescue dog and very wary of visiting the vets. The lady vet I saw was fantastic with her, and very reassuring. She also gave me some useful information about training and helping with Bambi's anxieties. I do see a different vet each time we visit, so there is a lack of continuity would be my only negative. But everyone I've seen has been lovely. And the Receptionist was also vey helpful. Thank you”

“Utterly Incredible. I am blown away by how amazing everyone at Endell has been towards our family. I moved all 3 of my pets from another local vets very recently and sadly my little Chihuahua was already very poorly but this didn’t deter them from helping her, her 1st visit with them was outstanding, she was very nervous however Adam gave her time got down to her level and took much needed bloods with patience, genuine care and zero rushing, along with help from lovely nurse Eva, I walked away from what is normally very stressful knowing I had made the right decision to move them all. Sadly, we unexpectedly lost her to the rainbow bridge just a week later far sooner than we hoped, considering we have only been registered with them for just over 2 weeks and they only met our little girl once the care and compassion from Lisa and every single member of staff showed us has been out of this world, I cant thank them enough for everything they did in such a short time for The Queen and our family. We now look forward to them now caring for our other pets over many more years. Thankyou to each and every one who works at Endell you are all incredible, I can highly recommend the team to anyone needing to know their pets are in good hands.”

“Such a good experience with Vets Now, we hadn’t had a great experience with the vets we had seen in the morning that were closing after our dogs appointment, we wanted a second opinion so took him to Vets Now and glad we did as he needed surgery, all the staff we dealt with were amazing and kept us up to date with every bit of the process, even after going through surgery Troy loved the staff there so this shows how well he was treated! “Jaffa's is an amazing vets. Sarah and Pete are fantastic and really go the extra mile. My cat has been suffering for a long time from a chronic condition that has left many other vets scratching their heads, but Sarah and Pete went above and beyond to understand what was happening and set out a treatment plan, which is so far working well. The practice is also amazing, it is set up for cats to help keep them calm. My cat is particularly anxious and he hates going to the vets so this made our visits a lot less stressful - for both of us! And all of the team are lovely, really friendly and caring. I couldn't recommend Jaffa's more for your cat!”

“We were unable to visit this kennels before dropping our dog off (only due to our plans changing meaning we needed to find a different kennels as ours was fully booked and it was fairly last minute). This made me even more anxious of leaving him however I didn't need to be. From the minute we walked in it felt like the staff knew our dog and welcomed us all. Our dog didn't look back and went quite happily with the staff.. on collection I have never seen our dog so chilled leaving kennels. He looked happy and well. Staff at Clearway even sent me some photos of him during the time we were away when requested which really put me at ease. I really feel he was looked after and wouldn't hesitate to use Clearway again.”
