“Excellent facility, owned and operated on a 24/7 basis by a very knowledgeable lady. Would heartily recommend for your family dog.”
“We were unable to visit this kennels before dropping our dog off (only due to our plans changing meaning we needed to find a different kennels as ours was fully booked and it was fairly last minute). This made me even more anxious of leaving him however I didn't need to be. From the minute we walked in it felt like the staff knew our dog and welcomed us all. Our dog didn't look back and went quite happily with the staff.. on collection I have never seen our dog so chilled leaving kennels. He looked happy and well. Staff at Clearway even sent me some photos of him during the time we were away when requested which really put me at ease. I really feel he was looked after and wouldn't hesitate to use Clearway again.”
“They look after my 2 boys so well and with love and care. The boys can’t wait to get in! They email me pictures and updates regularly. They are the best kennels I’ve used over the 35 years of having dogs.”
“Would highly recommend Sue. Our pooch recently stayed for a week and he was made to feel right at home. He had the most fantastic time playing with the other dogs and enjoyed the lovely walks. We really appreciated the updates and felt so relaxed knowing he was in such safe and caring hands.”
“This was my cats first time in a Cattery. I was very nervous about leaving my Simba but was put at ease very quickly after a chat. Lovely owners, very friendly. When Simba was brought back to me he was actually more interested in getting a cuddle from Alison than me which made me feel very relaxed and happy in the knowledge that he was obviously cared for whilst staying at Pampurrs - will definitely recommend to friends and family and use again in the future.”
“this is a great value hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. They have large bathrooms and fluffy towels. There is a nice pub ( the poacher) a five minute walk away and a Indian restaurant opposite. Its in suite location offering a good night sleep. The host Angela and her team are really friendly and professional and happy to assist to ensure u enjoy yr stay.I have stayed here at least twice every year for five years .Tip: if you take the lane to the right of the hotel you will find lots of free roaming donkeys and pigs and great cycle tracks.Note: the new forest is big so u can drive five minutes or forty depending what sights u want to see.( ignore the couple of not so nice reviews as they just wanted to get a free trip and refund). I’ve stayed at lots of places in the new forest and u won’t get better value than this”
“We stayed in the little cottage, super comfy for two people and a little dog, although there are bunk beds too. Quality bed, pillows, towels, loo paper, and abundant food hamper on arrival. Very well equipped kitchen (although could use better pan for eggs and a the strainer was missing in the caffetiere), board games, small paint set, books and DVD player will keep you entertained in the rain. Charlotte was there to greet us and was quick responding when we needed anything (We didn't ask for a better pan or strainer however i am sure Charlotte would have provided as she was very accommodating on other things!). It was delightful and I hope we go back next year.”
