βGreat place to stay. Excellent rooms and breakfast is amazing. Russ and Jackie are lovely hosts.β
βWe wouldn't leave our dogs (Marley and Timbo) anywhere else! We have complete faith and trust in Cranmore and the care and service they provide to our boys. Thank you Cranmore.β
βGreat service, wonderful restaurants and bars, excellent location, and nice rooms. We stayed for a few nights and took advantage of all the restaurants and bars and we're very pleased. The staff is very professional and well presented. The room.we had was large and comfortable if a bit garish with the English Baroque decor. The bathroom was amazing - large, warm, and full of amenities. The breakfast in the Great Room restaurant was very nice. Dinner in Bert's Jazz Bar was great. Afternoon tea on our last day was our first proper English tea and, to our surprise, we were quite full at the end. The staff there were particularly warm and friendly and always met every need with a positive attitude. You may want to ask for a room away from Skipper Street as there is an outdoor bar that plays music well into the wee hours.β
βI recently had a complimentary stay at this establishment to compensate for a previous stay which was less than desirable. I held off reviewing the hotel until I had given the chance at redemption and I'm glad I did. There were a multitude of problems during the initial stay but the complimentary stay has definitely won me over. The service was fantastic, friendly staff and an absolutely phenomenal suite with stunning views of the city centre and an extremely comfortable bed so we had a brilliant sleep. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to suit all tastes including a vegan section. I would absolutely return and would like to thank the staff for providing a 10/10 stay.β
βWe got married on October 18, 2025. When we first viewed the venue in 2024, the viewing was host by Kirsty who was extremely professional and knowledgable. Which is part of why we wanted to put our trust in Clandeboye. Since booking the venue, every single member of the wedding team was been quick to respond to our many questions and always helpful. Whether it was Lorraine, Ian, Mai, Gia, or someone else. In particular, they were excellent in helping with guest allergies and concerns, immediately reducing our stress levels. Graham (our MC) and the team absolutely smashed it out of the park on the day. Graham made sure to introduce himself the night before the wedding and was extremely professional but approachable on the day itself. He even considered the little touches like keeping us canapΓ©s to the side to ensure we ate and checking in with us regularly (without being on top of us all day). When there were issues, he discretely dealt with them on our behalf and nothing felt like too much. Our guests lauded the serving team at dinner and the food, saying itβs one of the best wedding meals theyβve had. The team were prompt, polite and (from what we seen) the service was seamless. The clandeboye truly was our dream wedding venue and we couldnβt recommend them enough.β
βThis wonderful hotel is located in the former White Star Line drawing rooms. The windows have been preserved, creating a particularly cozy atmosphere, and there are numerous paintings with photographs of the Titanic and all those involved in its construction. The hotel is clean, and in the rooms you'll find a book about the hotel with numerous photos on the desk. The showers are clean, and the staff is polite.β
βWe visited recently for Afternoon Tea and had the most wonderful experience. From start to finish we were made to feel very pampered and the service from the staff was first class. Special mention should be made about Ryan. He was positively charming. Nothing was too much trouble and he seemed to know exactly when we needed refreshed tea/coffee etc without being called upon. My niece is due her first baby shortly and he was so engaging when he spotted both her and the near life size balloon teddy. Ryan you were a star! We hope your Manager realises how lucky he/she is to have such a valuable staff member who ensured we will book a return visit.β
βJust stayed here for two nights while working in the Belfast area and had a fabulous stay, Susie the duty manager was wonderful, so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, I wish all premiere inns had a susie. the food both nights in the restaurant was great, nicely cooked and well presented however the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!, I've stayed in hundreds of premiere inns and the breakfast here was the best I've ever had, if I'm working in the Belfast area I would without hesitation stay here. Well done premiere inn and well done Susieβ
βLovely place and staff were lovely. Nothing was to much trouble.β
βLovely place! We can tell the difference in how we picked him up from here versus how we picked him up from the different dogs hotel we have tried. He was so relaxed after his stay. He's been looked after brilliantly, by a staff that loves animals and caters to the needs of each dog as if they were their own. German Shepherd's are so specific, and seeing him so happy in all the photos that were shared with us, just made my heart full. We will definitely be using your services in the future. You guys are brilliant.β
βA host that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and informed. The meet and greet was fantastic. The apartment is stylish, clean, and well stocked. Location is ideal - lots of cafes, pubs, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back.β

βWe phoned the day before arrival and had a great stay, very hospitable and could not do more for us, it was like a home from home, beds were excellent and you can't get a better breakfast, we hope to visit again and would love to stay there again. Thank you so much for looking after us.β
βJust collected Alfie our black lab. he looks great and is very happy. Many thanks Jennifer and Jane. You are obviously dog lovers.β
βLovely venue for a wedding. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect for those travelling in from the airport. Stunning inside. Food was delicious and rooms felt like a touch of luxuryβ
βI enjoyed my stay overall. The staff was so nice especially the young guy with the long hair, forgot his name. The location is great and the bed was really comfortable! I think the bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade. But I would for sure recommend this hotel. Great for eating and drinking as well.β
βBeautiful hotel in heart of Belfast. Everything is in close proximity by foot - no need for car. Staff is very nice and welcoming and we felt very nice and welcomed there. Room was amazing and clean, very quiet with AC and mini fridge., comfy bed, big TV with Netflix and big shower. We also had a breakfast- money well spent. Amazing service, food was amazing. One of the best breakfast we had in a hotel. Highly recommend if staying in Belfastβ
βI stayed here while visiting Belfast. The hotel has a great location by the river, just a few steps from downtown and the old town. Everything met my expectations β from the room to the food and the customer service. A special thank you to the person who checked me in. She took the time to ask about us and, since we love hiking, she recommended a visit to the Mourne Mountains. We went β and it was absolutely amazing. Thank you!β
βHad the best Santa Sunday carvery experience. Food was amazing, staff were so attentive and a massive shout out to head chief Jay and his amazing team. Very Family friendly with a massive selection of food suitable for everyone. Such a great experience and an amazing pre Christmas dinner with the family..I'll definitely be backβ
βMy Father and I recently did a Gig at the Ivanhoe and the service could not have been better. All the staff were very attentive to us all night my Father was unwell and the bartender in the function room took the time to get him some honey and a hot drink to help his throat whilst he sang. The Receptionist was incredibly helpful, assisting us in getting a table booked as initially we weren't to be eating in the restaurant however she happily helped us get a table and the food could not have been nicer! It is not the first time we have attended the Hotel and It certainly won't be the last either. To the all staff working that evening 6/09/25 thankyou for your help I cannot extend my gratitude enough!β
βThe most comfortable bed ever, could have slept for a week!!! By far the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel and I travel for business so stay in hotels 200 nights a year!!! Staff were fabulous too A+++++++ 1000000% recommend this hotelβ
βGreat hotel! Lovely location. Always a comfy stay in a PI! Extra shout out to the team here for returning items to us we had left behind belonging to our baby. Would recommend and will return again in future.β
βI have just returned from a three night stay at Corr's Corner Hotel. It is a wee bit out of Belfast but it is on a bus route. The Hotel itself is lovely, nice and traditional inside. My room was great and so was the shower. I had an evening meal in the lounge as the restaurant was fully booked. I also enjoyed the breakfast which was help yourself and you were served tea and toast should you wish. I was fortunate friends came to pick me up but I did use the bus (153) into Belfast. I found the people very friendly and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.β
βThis is a touchless hotel. Everything is done by internet, the front door is coded lock and the room keys are in lock boxes. You are given the code before you arrive. It was a very interesting stay having never completed a touch less stay. The room was immaculately clean! Towels were not luxurious but did the trick. The room itself was a full size bed which comfortably fit my wife and I. The room itself was in the smallish size, think bedroom in an older home. The city noises kept my wife awake one night, lots of traffic, sirens, people walking the ally and all. For me, it was white noise. If youβre a sensitive to noise sleeper, you may want to weigh this heavily! The location was great! We were 20 minutes walking from pretty much everywhere we wanted to be. 25 minutes from Belfast Grand Central Station. The breakfast was good! Continental with fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, butter jams etc. You will be adequately fed for the day! By no means is this hotel luxurious? But it is clean, fun and reasonably priced. I rather enjoyed our stay! We took a tour of the northern Irish coast and the pickup was very close so it worked well. Cheers!!β
βVery well positioned, specially for people without transport. Reception was very helpful and accommodated every request. Some tour groups kings of dominated the common area, but that isn't the hotels fault. Room was comfortable. Only criticism is that i would have preferred a secure wifi link rather than an open oneβ
βThe staff in this hotel are the nicest friendliest people. Also the rooms are cosy and the food is nice but the staff were just so lovelyβ
βVery convenient to everything. Buffet breakfast was very good. Problem: no jam, marmalade, Bananas. Limited cerals choices. Other wise. Good. The Lady @ check in outstanding, so helpful & caring. Met her a few times as she seemed to work a lot. Nice chats. A treasure for sure. In regards to the items in the bar, very limited. We. Will be back.β
βWe had a fantastic stay at Benedicts. We booked the dinner, bed and breakfast deal and upgraded to an executive suite (book direct with the hotel - not through booking.com). The food was excellent as was the service (from reception to the bar and restaurant) The room was quiet despite being at the front of the building and the bed extremely comfortable. Thanks to all staff members that made our stay perfect. Loved the Halloween decorations throughout too.β
βSpent 2 nights here and cannot complain about anything. From checking in to checkout everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lovely clean room, nice breakfast. Perfectly situated with 5 minutes walk to the shops, loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Only downside was the cost of a taxi from the Airport Β£49. But we got the bus back Β£9. Will definitely return thanks for a lovely stay.β
βLove love love...We enjoyed a brunch with cocktails and spent time afterwards sitting outside in the sunshine before popping off around Belfast. We ended our evening by stopping in again for one last tipple before we headed home. Really attentive staff and one bar man in particular was an absolute pleasure; nothing was too much; a true old school attentive service. We left feeling so Glam and cared for. Thank you.β
