“What a brilliant little place. Yes, check in was slightly unique (I felt like I was gatecrashing someone's living room!) but I was given a warm welcome by Kevin and given info about the local area, transport, etc. My room was on the small side, but since I had no luggage, it didn't bother me. Most importantly It was spotlessly clean, there was ample tea and coffee (which was replaced daily) and the hairdryer was powerful (unlike in many places). I really enjoyed my stay, and would happily return.”

“Rodger was a fantastic host, he couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly, hospitipal or helpful! He checked us in, went through the policy's and procedures. The cottages are absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. He brought coffee, milk and cookies. He ensured we were able to get a taxi into Belfast for the evening. We stayed as a group of 5 adults and it was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip!”

“We bring our labrador pup once or twice a week and he absolutely loves it, he nearly jumps out of the car with excitement when we get there and he conks out from all the fun he had as soon as we pick him up. Gary and his team are fantastic. Would highly recommend, even if it's just to get your dog socialised with other dogs.”

The pod was beautiful, clean and very cosy. The Scenery around the pod was beautiful especially watching the sunset and rise right infront of you! The hosts where so welcoming and made our stay very comfortable! Added bonus for the lovely wee horse and the wee pup who came around to say hello. Will definitley be back again!”

“Very warm welcome! The bed was really comfortable and the location near the airport makes it easy for arrivals or departures. The taxi service suggested by them also got us where we needed to be on time!”

“Brilliant cattery, animals were in comfy, bright, and clean space with lots of interaction with other cats (through screens, so they were completely safe) . I have no complaints about how our very young cat was looked after, she came back very happy and had been very well looked after. and I will certainly use this place again.”

“A lovely apartment! Once you learn where you are, it's easy to find. The beds were very comfortable, as was the sitting room. I had to Google how to use the washing machine as I was unfamiliar with how to use it. I love that there was recycling! The view was very nice and I loved the balcony.”

“Louise has been looking after my three ragdolls for about four years now and she is just wonderful. I was really nervous leaving them the first time I went on a trip but Louise cared for them amazingly well and kept me updated every day on how they were doing. She took time building the cats trust and always spends individual time with each of them. Louise will bring different interactive toys and yummy treats which quickly made all three fall in love with her! As soon as you meet her you can tell she is such a warm and genuine person with a beautiful passion for cats. Louise has also been extremely knowledgeable on a range of behavioural issues and gave me amazing helpful information and advice (alongside the vet) on how to manage this. Recently, Louise gave up her evening to accompany me and one of my ragdolls to a ladies home, as I unfortunately had to rehome my youngest raggie. This is not generally part of her cat sitting service but she was more than happy to offer to come with me to help me find the right home for Charlie. Louise really is good right to her core and if she has availability to look after your cats, they will be very lucky and very spoilt”

“Got our wee pup Star here a couple of weeks ago and it was the best thing we have ever done. She is amazing so playful and friendly with adults and kids alike. An she has settled into her new home 100% as if shes always been here. Would def recommend if your looking for a rescue dog. An the people are nice an friendly, we had a great experience.”

“My husband and myself stayed at Arbor Hills on our wedding night - we were greeted with a card, champagne, decorated with banners and balloons which was just a lovely touch! Absolutely stunning view from the hot tub, from the Larch pod. Definitely looking to come back again!”

“Fantastic daycare my son has been going since opening and is very happy. Staff are amazing always so friendly. Nursery has an app to you updated on your child’s day. Very clean with lots of different activities to keep the children entertained would highly recommend”

“Not sure where everyone else who left a negative review stayed, as my partner and I had a wonderful stay! For such an affordable price we really felt like the property exceeded our expectations. The room was warm and comfortable and was beautifully decorated. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The glider bus located very close to the property, making it very convenient to access the city centre and train station. There are at least 2 supermarkets within walking distance, and loads of restaurants. I was apprehensive about the shared bathroom situation before arrival but in the end this proved to be no issue as there are 2 large bathrooms with each with bathing facilities in the property. There was also a microwave which meant we were able to heat up readymeals, and there was also a fridge, kettle, and tea and coffee supplies. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!”
