βI use for boarding for my (rescue) pet crow. The bird room is kept impeccably clean and all the cages are spotless and cleaned for each user. Steve can manage specific dietary requirements (a crow is a lot different to a parrot!). Have no worries using again (already had two visits this year). Many thanks.β
βReceptionist was super helpful at check in. Everything explained well. Very clean. Everything you'd want from a room. Car parking was perfect. Breakfast was also great. Tesco express open til late was 1 min walk away. Overall a top place to stay.β
βAmazing staff! My doggo adores it hear. They understand what doggos (and they're owners) need to feel comfortable away from home. Cannot recommend enough!β
βWe had our wedding at Biggin Hall on 4th July, and it honestly exceeded all expectations. We chose Biggin Hall not just because of the stunning setting but because Paris and Andy actually listen to what you want from your day. For us it was a simple outdoor ceremony in their absolutely beautiful gazebo, dinner for us and 25 guests followed by drinks in the evening/outdoor games and time with our friends and family. We were fairly relaxed about the structure of the day, but even so, nothing was too much trouble - slight alterations to the wine list, organising Jonathan (the amazing pianist) to play while we ate, ensuring the tables were perfectly laid, and communicating everything to us perfectly both in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding and on the day. All the staff were phenomenal from start to finish: warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making everything run smoothly. The food was beyond delicious β beautifully presented and praised by every guest we spoke to. Our guests were able to choose from a choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts and the food came out perfect and the portion sizes suited even the hungriest of our guests. The breakfasts are just amazing as well. Our friends and family talk about what an absolutely first class weekend it was. We feel so lucky to have celebrated our day in such a special place. Special thanks to Paris and Andy for always making us feel so welcome and at home. We couldnβt have asked for anything more.β
βMy dog Dottie absolutely loved her stay here. She is a Romanian rescue so has her quirks but from the moment I stepped into the kennels I knew she was going to be so well looked after. Clean, spacious, genuinely caring staff who want whatβs best for your pup. I was able to go and settle her in her kennel as well which was really nice. The updates online were amazing and definitely provided peace of mind when I was away. I even got a WhatsApp video sent through which was a lovely surprise and my dog genuinely looked like she was having the time of her life! Weβve used the facilities before for barn hunting and we will also be starting to use the secure fields in the future as well for some off-lead practice. The price you pay with it being ever so slightly more expensive than others in the area is so worth the care that your dog will get. I wouldnβt hesitate to send Dottie here again. Thank you all so much xβ
βStayed here on 30th August. What a lovely hotel. Room was great. Hotel owners was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Wish we could have stayed an extra nightβ
βWe booked a spa day for four of us in November and loved every second. The facilities were immaculate, spacious and varied. There was so much to do and most importantly, the spa wasn't packed ridiculously full so you could actually enjoy it. The drinks, food and service were all great and the treatment was fantastic. Genuinely couldn't fault the team working and the spa itself, it was beautiful and the team were constantly walking round tidying blankets etc. and as you couldn't reserve the large beds, there was always availability too. I think the one slight issue (and this is being really picky) was that there was nowhere for the towels to dry so they ended up soaking wet by the end of the day but it's the smallest issue and didn't affect our enjoyment of the day at all. We're already looking at a date to come back.β
βStay and room was amazing, staff cannot do enough for you! Chefs taster menu was incredible. Eva and Gemma in the Spa are fantastic and made sure we had the best time!β
βWhat a wonderful stay we had at The Tawny. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted somewhere special, where we could relax in nature. The meet and greet was great with Darren taking us to the Glade shepherd hut.A charming guy and extremely friendly. A very special location with very special service.Thankyou. Lynda and Martin Mouldsβ

βNeeded hotel as visiting family near by, this was in an excellent location. Alsager is a lovely town, we visited a lovely bakers and had a lovely lunch. Also pubs and couple of restaurants nearby for evening meals. If you like national trust, there's a quaint place called Little Morton Hall worth a visit. The hotel was run by lovely people, and the breakfast can't be faulted. We will definitely stay there againβ

Both of couple of old ladies that have really enjoyed their holidayThanks Mark See you next timeβ
βDib always has the best time at Hound Hall - next level dog care. As a dog that can be reactive with new people itβs a testament to the lovely nature of Emz that he felt safe with her as soon as he met her. Lost track of the number of times heβs been here since we found Hound Hall. But we wouldnβt dream of sending him anywhere else.β
βThe best yard I have ever been on! Mike and Nick have been fantastic over the past 4 years I have been a livery client. The horses always have the best standard of care, Mike and Nick are ALWAYS on hand to help with anything - nothing is too much for them. They have been extremely helpful to me after my horse needed nearly a year of rehab work. Cannot fault any part of this yard. The facilities are amazing, the stables and fields are extremely well kept, all the staff are knowledgeable and willing to lend a hand if needed.β

βFiona has been looking after our cat for several years. She is totally trustworthy and completely reliable. When we are away Fiona keeps us updated and we love that she does little extras like putting the bin out and watering the plants. I would absolutely reccomended Fiona. Great service. 100 % satisfiedβ

Great portions, fantastic selection of veg on the board with succulent ham and the best pigs in blankets iβve ever seen. Words cannot describe how good this meal was, if i could vote it 11/10 i would. Big shoutout to the chef Ryan who did a fantastic job.β
βNice rooms and great staff, couldn't be more helpful. After moving the mother-in-law into her new flat, she couldn't stay that night. So we checked her into a this Premier Inn. The 2 ladies on reception, Rosie and Hannah couldn't have been more helpful! They were great with my mother-in-law and set her mind at ease. What great customer service.β
βFabulous rooms. Modern and clean. Food was good. Was on group booking, and was a little restricted to what we were told, but main course was tasty. Drinks as expected, but Lottie made some great suggestions and banging cocktails. Nice to see her have enthusiasm and hospitality skills to adapt to different customer needs. Well doneβ
