Amazing staff! My doggo adores it hear. They understand what doggos (and they're owners) need to feel comfortable away from home. Cannot recommend enough!
As this was my first time sending my dog to a kennel, I was understandably apprehensive. However, I was immediately put at ease by the wonderful team. Every member of staff was attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about the dogs in their care. I received daily updates with plenty of photos, which really reassured me and helped me feel connected. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoughtfully. When I need a kennel in the future, I won’t hesitate to return. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is not only safe but genuinely loved and looked after.
I have never used kennels before and to say I was reluctant is a massive understatement. A family member was unable to care for our 2 dogs as usual so it was either cancel a booked holiday or explore a kennel. I have a giant breed and a rescue (who’s an escape artist) so not the easiest to find suitable care for. I booked an appointment and immediately felt a huge sense of relief. Everything was so clean, spacious and secure. All the staff knew the resident dogs names and were very friendly asking questions about our dogs and sharing bits of personality of dogs we walked by. They insisted on a settling in trial which was such a relief. I had appointments with other kennels booked and cancelled those. It is not cheap but I didn’t want cheap. I wanted secure and high standards - air conditioned rooms and a lot of enrichment. My girls stayed for just over 3 weeks. They were weighed on arrival and I had to complete a health form. They provided loads of photos and videos every couple of days and reached out for some advice on managing my dogs ear condition. Their communication really highlighted that they understood our dog’s personalities and were genuinely enjoying caring for them. When I collected them they looked great - just as I left them. They were happy and had been groomed and had spent some time in a paddling pool in the heat wave. I have no hesitation in recommending these kennels. It was such a relief to know they were safe and settled and happy so that we could enjoy our holiday. Thank you
5 star service from the day and night teams who looked after our 3 boys. The facilities and room set ups are outstanding, as well as personal inside and outside runs, they had private access to a massive indoor play barn and enclosed lake for walks. Our boys were thoroughly spoilt. The team are totally dog loving people, we felt very much relieved that they were in good safe hands for their stay. Definitely Luxury boarding!
Five stars aren't enough. These are the best kennels we've ever used and I thoroughly recommend them. Sue, Andrew and the staff give the highest level of attention to the dogs in their care. They provide individualised care, particular to the dog's needs, rather than a "one size fits all" approach, spending one-to-one time playing, stimulating and exercising the dogs. On our first visit six years ago, we were initially worried about leaving our rescue dog, Lily, but she had a great time. Two years ago, we added Nelly and she loves it too! Andrew and Sue's level of customer service and communication is also top-notch. My day job concerns how well a service is designed around customers' needs, and Audley Kennels are an exemplar in this regard.
We've boarded our dog at Audley multiple times over the last four years. Our dog Harper gets super excited as soon as she realises we are pulling up into the driveway as she knows she's going to have the bestest holiday. Of course I miss her terribly, but I never have to worry about her as I know Audley Lodge always puts the dog's health and welfare first. Our dog is very sweet, but can be wary of strangers, everyone at Audley has won her over and she is so well looked after. We love our photo and video updates, but first and foremost I know she is being taken care of. Thank you so much!
Spent alot of money with Audley Lodge. After our last holiday they just turned around and said we can't look after your dogs anymore as they're to big, even though they have take in the exact same breed with other people. Very poor excuse especially giving them alot of business. Also when they were in care we hardly got any updates or pics.
My little pomarain dog stay there for a trial one night .he loved it looked after him very well when we went to pick him up he was in his room watching TV ..they were very good very professional.he stayed in the premier room very clean and indoors ....
Would highly recommend this kennels. Mia has now been twice, the second just ending today. The staff and owners are so friendly and the place is so clean, with heated/air conditioning kennels and a TV . What more could a dog want when separated for their owner's. Mia is nearly 15 now so just likes to do her own thing. We were a bit worried so messaged them, not long after got a reply with some photos. This put our minds to rest.
