“My dog Dottie absolutely loved her stay here. She is a Romanian rescue so has her quirks but from the moment I stepped into the kennels I knew she was going to be so well looked after. Clean, spacious, genuinely caring staff who want what’s best for your pup. I was able to go and settle her in her kennel as well which was really nice. The updates online were amazing and definitely provided peace of mind when I was away. I even got a WhatsApp video sent through which was a lovely surprise and my dog genuinely looked like she was having the time of her life! We’ve used the facilities before for barn hunting and we will also be starting to use the secure fields in the future as well for some off-lead practice. The price you pay with it being ever so slightly more expensive than others in the area is so worth the care that your dog will get. I wouldn’t hesitate to send Dottie here again. “We have been taking both of our dogs to wags , for about 3yrs now they go every 6wks . They always have a bath, blow dry & nails cut . They make a fantastic job & one of our dogs is very awkward but they still manage to do a fantastic job even with her . They smell gorgeous when they come out & it's lasts weeks. Would highly recommend them, not only do a fantastic job the staff are very polite, professional & lovely with our dogs . Their prices are very reasonable too. They are always very busy , so it's important to book in advance as we do .”

“Fiona has been looking after our cat for several years. She is totally trustworthy and completely reliable. When we are away Fiona keeps us updated and we love that she does little extras like putting the bin out and watering the plants. I would absolutely reccomended Fiona. “Had a wonderful member of staff help me with a fitting for my miniature dachshunds first harness, plus 1 for my 2nd mini (his brother), Bailey my Isabella Tan loved all the attention he received from the lovely staff and fellow shoppers. “Amazing experience at this store. Very clean and tidy but the main reason for this review is due to the staff. They were all so polite and wonderful, especially Maggie and Alice who helped my fiancé and I set up our accounts with the PetsAtHome app which gave us access to discounts. They were some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met and their level of customer service definitely went above and beyond expectations! I legitimately am looking forward to our next visit to this store in the future!”
