   Despite the reviews we decided to give this place a try because of its location and reasonable price (on more than one occasion) Now I see why people give poor reviews. One of the girls is lovely but the owner lacks in customer service skills. Its not just her having a bad day. She Comes across as quite abrupt and that you are an inconvenience everytime we arrived for our drop off slot. If she's that busy and doesn't have time to be pleasant to her customers she needs to either take Less bookings or more staff on. The kennels look a bit old and unfortunately if your cat has to stay in one of the back pens you have to walk through the kennels with all the dogs barking and its loud and scary for cats. Stupid idea. No, we won't be going there again. I don't feel its the right place for our beloved pet.

   We have two cats - one of whom I was particularly nervous about leaving due to her temperament. The team at Blakeley Farm has been fantastic. They’re always happy to provide photo updates, and both times we’ve collected our cats, they’ve looked well-fed, relaxed, and chirpy. The staff are patient and helpful, even lending a hand when claws come out during pick-up! We’ve now left our cats at Blakeley Farm several times, and they’ve been very well looked after at all times. Dawn has always been extremely accommodating with fitting us in, even last minute when we need to change holidays around work. All the staff are lovely. Thank you (especially from Ols & Eddie)

   First time my I placed my cat in a cattery while I was away as he can't tolerate a car journey. Blakeley Farm was welcoming, reassuring and clean. The cats were afforded clean and fairly spacious accommodation. Very reasonable rates and experienced and friendly staff. Very happy and will use again.

   These guys are great. They come and pick my dog (Sammy) up from our home, look after him really well, feed him great food then drop him back off nice and worn out. Would highly recommend.

   Boarded 2 large dogs with Dawn and her team. Couldn’t be happier. This is their first time (at 7 and 5) in kennels and they were confident enough to walk in without a backwards glance! We expected them to be excited to see us when we collected them and while they were clearly pleased, I think they would have happily stayed longer. There can’t be a better recommendation than 2 happy dogs

   Boarded my cats here a couple of times now and my favourite thing is that you can put your cats into the pen yourself so it's a massive peace of mind. When I pick up the cats I can go in the pen and get them which is much less traumatic for my anxious cat. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Would recommend!

   I have been coming here for a number of years and keep coming back because I completely trust the team. My dog is always happy to ‘go on holiday’ to the kennels, he never looks back and walks up to his holiday home wagging his tail. He always comes home calm and relaxed. Everyone does a great job all year round.
