Nowhere near 4 star standard. 2 star at best Stayed for a week. We had 2 power cuts. Problems with the wifi. Very little storage space in the rooms (one shelf and 4 hangers) and no doors on the storage unit. Room cleaning was hit and miss. Some days the beds weren't made. Some days we got 2 towels, other days 1. Some days no spoons for the tea / coffee. Totally random. The gym is tiny. It only had one treadmill which didn't work for the duration of the stay. Nice grounds, but no street lighting so couldn't walk outside at night. Inadequate sound proofing in the rooms. We could hear the people next door talking and the couple in the room above us kept us awake walking back and forth across their room. Restaurant was poor. Food wasnt good but it was pricey. One day there was no food available. Reception sent us to the golf club. They also didn't have food so we ended up driving into Crewe for lunch. We cut our stay short and moved to another hotel. Probably ok for a wedding or overnight but wouldn't stay again for a longer stay.

Attended a away day with my work here and it was excellent! We got a lunch that was varied and delicious. The meeting room was spacious and user friendly. There was water and sweets on the table. At break time there was coffee and a variety of snacks both fresh and packaged. It was so great The staff were very efficient and friendly I hope we have our away day there again

We held our wedding at Wychwood Park and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful spaces and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, but what really made it so special for us was the team behind it. Cydnie was fantastic in the lead-up, so organised, supportive, and always on hand to answer questions or calm any worries. She really helped take the stress out of planning and made sure every detail was just right. On the day itself, Phil was brilliant. He was calm, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly so that we could just enjoy the moment without worrying about a thing. So many of our guests commented on how lovely the venue was and how seamless the day felt. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to everyone at Wychwood Park, and especially to Cydnie and Phil, for helping to create a day we’ll treasure forever.

Stayed here for a week for a business trip. The rooms were excellent as were the staff. On the last night we experienced a power cut which was out of the hotels control. They moved us to a different hotel which was made very easy by the hotel manager. The staff were brilliant and handled the whole situation. It would have been understandable with so many people to deal with if someone lost their rag. But everyone remained calm. Fantastic staff. Would very highly recommend

Attended a meeting here in one of their smaller conference rooms. It was comfortable, modern and well kept. The staff were pleasent and helpful. Easy access to drinks and the lunch was good and choice of foods worked well. The car park was also big enough to cope with number of guests. Definately recommend for meetings.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room itself was really nice and had 2 rooms one with 2 single beds and the main room had a king size. There was a Nespresso machine as well as bottled water and biscuits in the room. There were really nice toiletries in the room as well. We will definitely be returning all in all it was a great hotel.

We had afternoon tea, we were put on a table in the corner of the games room, a dirty table, the floor had food all over it. The sandwiches and cakes were not the best, the scones were plain and dry! The service was the only thing that was any good, the lady was extremely polite, helpful and apologetic about where we were seated. We would definitely not go there again.

Hotel was nice, good meeting area, with chocolate, hot drinks and cans available. Food and service was not to the level I anticipated. Lunch was ok, but the buffet had no menu so everyone had to ask what the dishes were and you got small servings, was a bit bland. Dinner tasted nice but was over cooked and constantly had to ask for the drinks that were ordered at the start. Breakfast was standard, but no sauces.

Staff excellent friendly and helpful especially Abbie upstairs in the bar, great personality and efficient especially as she was the only bar staff in a busy bar. Woulike a bit of background music in the bar area. Restaurant food and service was great. Would visit again
