“Sue was incredibly accommodating for when I was booking my two bunnies for their stay. She kept in contact throughout and even sent me photos of them while I was away for the week. It put my mind at ease and I felt happy that they were being looked after by someone who is highly experienced in rabbit health and their special care. Bertie and Bella looked happy and healthy and probably enjoyed being spoiled for the whole week! 100% recommend Happy Hoppers for anyone in the area who needs their bunnies to be looked after.”

“My dog Tilly adores this shop and won't let us pass it by. She first visits the soft toys and after she has chosen one she makes for the chew aisle. This is difficult as she has so many allergies but we usually do find one she can take home to enjoy. We like this shop as it has wide aisles, a lot of selection and is extremely clean so we know Tilly won't be picking up anything nasty. The customer service is great and they are very patient with us.”

“I’ve been buying raw dog food from Blu’s for around 5 years. They are competitively priced and offer an extensive range of meats. The staff are super helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help if I’ve forgotten to order on time! They also have a great range of dried treats suitable for all sizes which is great for me! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Changed to Brentknoll after poor service from previous vets who I had been with for over 20 years. They could not get my dog in for check up for an ear infection as deemed it "non urgent" and could only offer me appointments several days later (initially called on the Saturday and told to call back Monday and then when called back on the Monday was only offered their practice 8 miles away or the next day - by which time my dog was in agony). Brentknoll were lovely from the moment I called and got me in within a couple of hours. Lovely service and sorted her out so wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Transferred to Brentknoll from now on and will avoid the other vets like the plague!”

“Amazing service from Sharon and Dave. I have 2 wonderful pooches but they just do not walk nicely together. On a normal day Dave walks one while I walk the other, he is really flexible. The boys are both devoted to him, he's like part of the family. I get regular photo updates and I can see they get to go on really fun walks with other doggies. It's clear to me they'd rather go for a walk with him than me! Fabulous to deal with.”

“Took my British Blue cat for a groom and nail trim, I would highly recommend, his fur is amazing and smells beautiful and his nails clipped without too much fuss. We will be regulars, excellent service.”

“Best pet shop i know.. great products,staff very knowledgeable about all the products and always willing to give advice..I have used here for many years and my mom used here also..I have the grain free small kibble for my two cockapoos and they love it..I have it delivered and it's only ever a day or two for delivery service..I always recommend here to friends and family.. “I can't recommend this store enough! It is quite literally your one-stop shop for everything good and nutritious for your dog. I went in not 100% sure which raw food I was going to feed my dog and came out absolutely confident that what I am feeding him is the best, premium food for him. They were patient and so helpful. Raw food, natural treats, toys, beds, cleaning products, bathing products, training treats/accessories, you name it, they have it! You don't need to go anywhere else for your dogs needs. Forget pets at home and high chain stores, these guys have everything you'd need to raise your dog right. Shop local, shop your smaller businesses.”

“Kings Heath pet centre is by far my favourite pet shop. They have a wonderful array of products and at good prices too. Amazing staff, very friendly and offer plenty of helpful advice. We purchased a beautiful little Gerbil this weekend who has already become a much loved member of the family! The lady who helped with my enquiry was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure our Gerbil would be well looked after. I can’t thank you guys enough for the amazing work you do for all the lovely little pets you have in store, they are very well looked after and cared for.”

“I've had some of my hardest times having to go down here and 9 times out of 10 have always had the support and understanding and help from staff here. Whether your pet is a rat to a cat, they understand that these animals are your family and respect that. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new vets place”

“Our two dogs, Roo (beagle) and Ernie (Jack Russell) liked Rachel straight away and they had a good cuddle on the first house visit. Felt really confident that they would be looked after when we were out for the day. Got updates and photos during the day which was lovely. “Julianna's, you have found lifelong customers! Last time we were on holiday, we used another popular local kennels but were unimpressed- the dogs came back smelling and looking dirty, the blankets and bed we had sent them with were covered in urine- we just did not leave with a good feeling. We have felt the exact opposite way with Julianna's. The photo updates on Facebook are an absolute joy and so reassuring. The genuine care the staff show towards all the animals boarding is heartwarming. They really seem to have brought out the best in our usually quiet, anxious smallest chihuahua! Thank you all so much- we will never use anywhere else ever again!”

“I took my 11 month old cavachon to Alison at pet needs today. She did an absolutely fantastic job of my Murphy. She was so patient with my little wriggler and spent longer on him to make his experience as enjoyable as possible (as he had a bad experience at a different groomer prior). I couldn’t recommend them enough!”

“First time at an easy hotel and it was lovely. I wasn’t sure what to expect for such a cheap stay, but the rooms are nice, light and welcoming, the staff are wonderful and so helpful. I spoke to 3 ladies whilst I was there who all assisted me with different things with big smiles and a welcoming nature! The lady I spoke with this morning is called Rachel and she was delightful. Two other ladies assisted me last night with a key card problem and an extra heater, really fantastic staff who think on their feet and go above and beyond to make your stay welcoming. I WILL BE BACK!x”

“We attended Puppy Hour with our Minature Daschund, Norris. The staff were great, very welcoming and helpful. They gave us advice on different foods and the benefits of these as we have opted to Raw Feed Norris. They advised on training techniques and we have adopted these in yo our own environment and family life. Norris loved coming every Saturday morning and will occasionally pop in to say hello to everyone. We continue using the pet shop for everything we need for Norris and knowing that they are there for advice, support and guidance. Thankyou Pet Corner at Hednesford.”

“My westie as been to this groomer several times. Amazing staff. the cut this time was the best he's had !! They certainly know how to cut a westie breed. Really pleased can't recommend enough. Alot of so called groomers haven't a clue how to cut a westie but these certainly do!!”

“Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further”
