   Nice, friendly staff ..I have stayed with my dog when he's been here previously. This time I thought I would leave him as I knew he would be in good hands. No worries at all, he was fine. Can't be shaved as he has a double coat, but they have done a great job of brushing him through, a general tidy up, nail check and good bath. Sorry didn't manage to thank the lady properly for the great service at the end, as my dog was barking a bit too much and wanted to go home! All the best and a big thank you.

   I took my 11 month old cavachon to Alison at pet needs today. She did an absolutely fantastic job of my Murphy. She was so patient with my little wriggler and spent longer on him to make his experience as enjoyable as possible (as he had a bad experience at a different groomer prior). I couldn’t recommend them enough!

   Jackie has been grooming my Cavapoo since he was a young puppy, his first appointment with her was at 6 months old. She is so sweet and patient with him, she puts up with a few gentle nips from him when he gets over-stimulated and the price is very good value for money too. He always looks so handsome too when I pick him up. Jackie also makes a point to remember things we spoke about at our last visit which is a lovely personal customer experience, I can't think of a single thing to complain about :) You can see the before vs after!

   I took willow for her second ever groom at pet needs and Jill was so great! She was so patient with willow and allowed me to stay to try to keep her calm. Willow had a lot of mats (as she’s a curly cockapoo) and as we didn’t want her coat too short Jill talked me through the whole process and kept my preference in mind. My mom and I are extremely happy with willow’s groom and the care that went into it! Thankyou! We will be back!
