“Sue was incredibly accommodating for when I was booking my two bunnies for their stay. She kept in contact throughout and even sent me photos of them while I was away for the week. It put my mind at ease and I felt happy that they were being looked after by someone who is highly experienced in rabbit health and their special care. Bertie and Bella looked happy and healthy and probably enjoyed being spoiled for the whole week! 100% recommend Happy Hoppers for anyone in the area who needs their bunnies to be looked after.”

“Scooby’s grooming salon are so great at what they do and Jade always goes above and beyond for Macy and Milly. I can’t recommend them enough and reiterate how amazing they are! Jade helped us realise Milly had a problem with her knee and needed surgery without Jade we never would have known so we can’t thank her enough for that!”

I've only ever had rotties so getting a frenchie was a big move on my part. I no Enzo will be well taken care of here so booked his next 2 sessions in ready. Felt really confident that they would be looked after when we were out for the day. Got updates and photos during the day which was lovely. “Debbie and Kirsty are amazing people, I am so glad they were part of my boy's life. They were so good with him, making him look tidy and handsome when I know he wasn't the easiest to work with. He always looked forward to his groom, tail wagging and couldn't wait to get in to see his stylists. Unfortunately we lost our beautiful boy last week. When Debbie and Kirsty found out they sent a lovely condolence card, and a memento bottle with some fur from his last groom. I doubt many groomers would go that extra mile, which shows that they really do care about their clients.”

“I took my 11 month old cavachon to Alison at pet needs today. She did an absolutely fantastic job of my Murphy. She was so patient with my little wriggler and spent longer on him to make his experience as enjoyable as possible (as he had a bad experience at a different groomer prior). “My westie as been to this groomer several times. Amazing staff. the cut this time was the best he's had !! They certainly know how to cut a westie breed. Really pleased can't recommend enough. Alot of so called groomers haven't a clue how to cut a westie but these certainly do!!”

“Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further”

“Finally found Cleo. She is a superb groomer for Jasper, our red persian cat. Been coming to her for years after very disappointing experiences elsewhere. Cleo is fantastic with animals and so kind to them. No one could groom Jasper properly until he went to Cleo. He is always so calm and relaxed when I pick him up. If I could give 100/10, I would. Totally recommend.”
