Excellent service. Took my nervous Sheltie for a teeth clean yesterday and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. The results are amazing (see the before and after photo). Neville came out a very happy dog! Thanks to all the staff
My miniature dachshunds come here for teeth brushing and nails trimming. The staff are absolutely amazing with my boys, they are very caring and attentive which is very heart warming as my dogs are quite nervous. My boys always come out with sparkling teeth and well trimmed nails. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else and would 100% recommend this amazing salon!
Scooby’s grooming salon are so great at what they do and Jade always goes above and beyond for Macy and Milly. I can’t recommend them enough and reiterate how amazing they are! Jade helped us realise Milly had a problem with her knee and needed surgery without Jade we never would have known so we can’t thank her enough for that!
Milo has been going here for 2 years and absolutely adores Jade and the team. They treat him like one of their own and he always comes out looking so very handsome! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
A very caring dog grooming business. We rely on them not only to groom our dog but they are particularly attentive to the dog's health and will make any owner aware when they consider something appears unusual. Scooby's was on our local vet's list of approved groomers for our dog's breed during the pandemic at our local vet and we have remained with Scooby's ever since.
Scoobies is one of the best groomers I have taken my dog. Macy is an older dog and the care and attention Lil and the team show her has been lovely to see. She happily gets taken behind the counter for her groom without any fuss and when I pick her up with her bows in her hair she looks adorable. It’s not just the groom but they showed me how to improve her dried paws, and recently trialled a new shampoo for her skin condition. I have no worries that they know what they are doing and that they do it with love. Tasha
Honestly, I,m going to struggle to articulate enough here how super impressed my two cherished ones & I are with Scooby's It was our 1st visit for ' Dental ' care as my two 8 year old girls were showing signs of severe tartar build up and following a vet recommendation for possible extraction , anesthesia to clean them ( and the horrendous expense suggestions etc ) I was relieved, following a recommendation, to contact these guys to see about a cleaning programme. From the 1st inquiry ,the professional ,friendly and immediate response was both comforting & reassuring with possible solutions and sound advice. -- I booked my appointment and at our 1st visit, this lovely customer service, friendly, smiling and highly welcoming atmosphere continued. And guess what, to top it all... both of my doggy's responded positively to this fabulous environment ( because dogs are clever and sensitive to kindness, care & security )... and were so relaxed, the vast majority of the plaque & tartar build up for both was successfully removed, leaving an almost " Hollywood " smile for both :-) And... when presented with my invoice, was again more than pleasantly surprised . Thank you all so much for the value you place on your customers and not taking advantage - Something rare these days ! You deserve full credit & every success.
