   Finally found Cleo. She is a superb groomer for Jasper, our red persian cat. Been coming to her for years after very disappointing experiences elsewhere. Cleo is fantastic with animals and so kind to them. No one could groom Jasper properly until he went to Cleo. He is always so calm and relaxed when I pick him up. If I could give 100/10, I would. Totally recommend.

   After waiting for over a month for the appointment-I was called 30 minutes before my appointment and told she was sick and could no longer groom my dog. When questioned about this she became extremely rude and told me to take my business elsewhere as she could be so ill she could die. However, an hour later when walking past she was grooming another dog - either feeling better or had double booked me and couldn’t be honest. Extremely rude -would not recommend to anyone.

   The best groomer in sutton-coldfield. Cleo is a superstar groomer. She is very loving and caring , she is brilliant at whatever she does, she understands the requirements properly and does the best grooming possible. A very well behaved , patient and a an amazingly talented groomer. I would highly recommend her.

   The best dog groomers around Cleo and Lemar and the staff are really brilliant with the dogs so caring and loving towards them I'm always really very pleased with the cut they do for my dog , Cleo and Lamar have a great way with the dogs and the dogs are always in very secure surroundings . I always come away extremely happy and satisfied that my dog has the very best attention .can not rate them highly enough superb

   I took my long-haired tabby cat, Belle, to Cleo last week. She is 5 years-old and had never been to a professional groomer before, but her coat had got to the point where I couldn't cope with the tangles!, and Belle had given up too! I wasn't sure how she would react to being shaved and bathed. She loved it!! She is acting like a kitten again and looks so much better. Thank you Cleo! I would recommend you to anyone.

   Third time Percy has been to Cleo and we are delighted as always with the result. He was very excited to be there and WOW he looked good when I went to pick him up. Cleo often gives us good advice as well on things like oral hygiene and fur management. She is great and we highly recommend. Thank you Cleo.

   We have took our dog to Cleo on a number of occasions and she is brilliant, the cut is always what we ask for and she is very loving towards the dog, to the point that sometimes I think he'd rather stay with her ;) - I would definitely recommend her to anyone with a four legged friend.
