Was so nervous to take my half ferral 15yr old chihuahua to get his nails clipped here (given the fact the vets failed miserably and made him worse to even try) I can honestly say the lady was amazing, put my mind to rest and was able to clip ALL his nails. Highly recommended and cant thank you enough. Lovely shop - local/hidden gem for me. Will defo return.
I recently took my furry friend to Puppy love, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine love for dogs that put both me and my dog at ease. When I picked my dog up, I was amazed at how fabulous she looked! Not only did she have a fresh, stylish cut, but she also smelled great! The scent lasted for days. Overall, I highly recommend Puppy love to any dog owner looking for a friendly, professional, and caring grooming experience. I will definitely be returning for my dog next grooming session!
All staff are welcoming and I found our groomer, Sophie, to be very knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable about leaving my nervous poodle. My dog had some matting and I wasn’t made to feel bad for this. My poodle was super happy when I came to collect her and I could tell she had a good experience. Thank you for all your help and advice, you’ve gained a new client! See you in 6 weeks!

I cannot recommend Puppy Love enough! I take my dog here for a full groom and never fails to impress! Most importantly the ladies in there treat my dog with such care, when we first visited they took the time to introduce my dog to the area and the instruments, whereas most other groomers would just strap them in and get it done as quick as possible to get the next client in! The ladies take their time with the groom to ensure my dog does not suffer any distress. They even take a cute photo shoot after! Such an amazing service and so fairly priced!
Drove past saw it was now a grooming place so booked our little Bow in for the full works.. price was fair, she looked absolutely beautiful and smelt lovely for days. Definitely go there again, highly recommended dog groomers and staff was fantastic.
