“A fantastic find, Cat operates in a lovely manner in a beautiful salon where your dog gets treated exclusively and not caged unlike other groomers we have used. My dog ( miniature schnauzer) always looks fantastic and Cat talks through the detail of what has been done in fine detail. A delight to deal with and wish I had found her before. Definitely the best dog groomers I have used.”

“Sam was highly recommended by a friend. We had been reluctant to have our rescue dog groomed as she is very nervous. Sam was brilliant with her and very patient. Even better that she only has one dog at a time so it is a one to one groom. Amy looked amazing after her groom. “Wanted to share my amazing 1st time experience at Kay’s Dogs groomers with Stacey and Abi My 6 month old pup had an accident in his crate which we woke up to, realising that he was covered in it. I had asked Kats if they could groom him today, luckily they had availability. I was running late for the appointment yet they were so extremely patient with me and my pup who was terrified as it was his 3rd groom, but 1st at this salon. Stacey and Abi were both so polite, respectful and encouraging and I cannot be anymore grateful and thank them enough for what they have done for me today. They had so much patience with him and myself, getting him used to the washers and dryers, giving him treats and positive encouragement, had special equipment they recommended to use such as the head band to cover his ears so he wouldn’t be so scared of the dryer. They also asked me for permission to use it. I would definitely recommend this groomers to anyone with a dog or puppy especially if it’s their first time.”

“Debbie and Kirsty are amazing people, I am so glad they were part of my boy's life. They were so good with him, making him look tidy and handsome when I know he wasn't the easiest to work with. He always looked forward to his groom, tail wagging and couldn't wait to get in to see his stylists. Unfortunately we lost our beautiful boy last week. When Debbie and Kirsty found out they sent a lovely condolence card, and a memento bottle with some fur from his last groom. I doubt many groomers would go that extra mile, which shows that they really do care about their clients.”
