“I have been going to Julie for over 2 years now with my 2 cavachons. I had previously visited a large well known salon in Redditch and my eldest dog used to be petrified and wee herself before going in due to being put in cages and the busyness of the salon. This is why I went to Julie who does only 1to1. Now whenever we walk past the salon daisy pulls me up to the door even on days when we are not booked in. Julie has always been 100% reliable and communicated brilliantly on all occasions. Upon drop off she always confirms collection times, even after all these years she still confirms. The below accusation implying Julie may have caused the dog to be destressed is so far from what my experiences are and knowing Julie for these years is far from who she is. She is calm and caring with both of my dogs. Even when I went on holiday she told me to give her business card to my dog sitter saying if there were any questions or issues to call her as she knows the dogs. Julie goes above and beyond and my dogs absolutely love her. I would never and shall never go anywhere else again. My dogs are happy and safe with here and come out looking and smelling amazing!”
