I never feel judged as keeping on top of this coat is a daily battle! everyone there is so lovely and kind! Highly recommended! “Rachel was very welcoming , you could tell she loves dogs. Woody my Spinger Spaniel is quite nervous but she made a fuss of him and he was totally at ease. I was very happy with the finished result .Woody looked so much neater and trimmer. We will definitely be visiting Rachel again.”
