Helen does an amazing job with JP. She is one of the only people who he let's groom him, trim his paws and clean his teeth. She has done a wonderful job with him and he always looks fantastic after a groom.
Helen is such a wonderful kind caring groomer. When we first rehomed our buddy his coat was in a dreadful state. Helen worked miracles on his coat! And what a difference it made. Buddy loves going to Helen and always smells looks and feels fabulous! I wouldn’t use anyone else! Greeted with a great smile and fun chats too. Thank you for your service and support.

Helen was very attentive, making every effort to make our toy poodle feel relaxed and happy. The meet and greet prior to grooming was a great opportunity to explain what sort of cut we wanted and meant that our "little lad" was familiar with both Helen and his surroundings. I felt safe and happy leaving him in her care.Altogether a very positive experience.
Cannot recommend Helen highly enough. Our cockerpoo has come to the end of his 'puppy grooming package' but will definitely continue to return going forward. Helen is meticulous & always ensures that i am clear on the way he will be groomed so that everyone is happy. He genuinely seems to enjoy the experience & always returns looking fabulous!

I have taken both my Chocolate Labradors Monty & Woody to see Helen at Furst Impression .. She was fabulous with them and really put them at ease and I left them happy and comfortable in her care , Helen gave me an estimated time for picking them up and dropped me a text to say they were ready,. My boys have different coats with Woody having a second dense undercoat and needs extra brushing and combing., they always come home Happy looking fabulous and strutting their stuff. I can't recommend Helen enough she always puts dogs needs first my boys live her I wouldn't take them anywhere else.
