The team were professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. My pup came out looking and smelling fantastic - immaculately groomed, clean, and happy! They paid attention to every detail and even accommodated my specific requests. The salon was spotless, and the whole process was stress-free - I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a decent groomer. Thank you so much….We’ll definitely be back!”

Geoff is a very large and Very bouncy beardie collie and he loves going to the spa (as we call it!) he comes out looking very handsome and smelling gorgeous! “Staff are really friendly and informative, they always greet you as you walk through the door which is nice. I use it mainly for live foods for my gecko but they're always fresh and last a long time unlike some other stores. They also helped me to pick out a better brand of food for my dogs as the selection is so vast it can be easily overwhelming so I really appreciated that.”

“They went above and beyond for my little pooch she had some little matts behind ears and in groin which Kate explained would need to be clipped shorter so it wouldn't be painful to our dog , was then advised on what to do to avoid this in the future. “Went in to get a perfect fit harness for my chocolate lab Indy, the owner was so quick in assisting us and so kind and friendly she began fitting the harness and being patient with our dog, the harness fits perfectly and is a great colour! Lots of colours to choose from, lovely little store would deffo recommend!! 10/10”

“This groom room is so accommodating, I had to change my little Ruby’s appointment as her full groom was too close to her being spayed, so her groom date was changed she got an essentials appointment yesterday before her op on Monday, at the same time her full groom was rebooked with her normal groomer who is fantastic with Ruby, the young man that did her essentials yesterday was fabulous and managed to complete everything with Ruby, he even got Ruby to allow him to do her paw pad trim, and let him cut her nails, being young Ruby can be awkward for her paws and nails but this young man (sorry I didn’t catch his name) is a dog whisperer and did her nails I’m so grateful thank, you a very pleased customer A*****”

“Easy to book an appointment and is not too far away from us, about half a dog walking session. Very pleased with the results of the grooming and Anna is a nice person to have a chat with while she groomes. I would recommend this establishment to all dog owners”

“Rachel was very welcoming , you could tell she loves dogs. Woody my Spinger Spaniel is quite nervous but she made a fuss of him and he was totally at ease. I was very happy with the finished result .Woody looked so much neater and trimmer. We will definitely be visiting Rachel again.”
