“My three girls went to stay with Colleen in July this year, and they were so well cared for, with home comforts provided, beautiful surroundings to run around in, abd so much love, attention and care. I have spent years putting my girls in kennels whenever I have been on holiday but, after my experience of Pet Getaway, I would not have them anywhere else now. Highly recommend.”

It’s tough to get a decent picture but we all love his collar, harness and AirTag holder. I’ve never used a toothbrush for Ron so looking forward to using his new bamboo toothbrush.”

“Angela does an amazing job with our dog, Yarra comes back exhausted but very happy! Every time Angela or Jai come to pick her up she is always so excited to go with them and it's easy to see how much she loves them. They have also definitely improved her ability to walk on a lead (used to be pretty much impossible) and her socialisation with other dogs. Thank you so much for looking after her so well.”

Previously our dog has been anxious when visiting groomers; however, Dave put us immediately at ease with his experience and non-rushed attitude. The amount of time taken, along with the detail, was fantastic. Our dog left feeling happy and I would highly recommend - We are already booked in for a second appointment.”

“Absolutely love this little local gem! I popped in with my dog and was impressed by the wide variety of treats and essential supplies they offer. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for my teething pup. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly — my dog felt right at home and now gets excited every time we go, mostly for the treats, of course! Highly recommend for any pet owner!!! I also love that they support charities too which alot of the big brand shops don't do!”

“Took our 13 week old Shih Tzu puppy to see Emily and so glad that we did. It was important that he had a positive experience of his first puppy groom and that was certainly the case and he was treated exactly as we wanted him to be. The shop also sells lots of very reasonably priced food and treats and we will definitely be returning.”

“Our cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. I thoroughly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel to really look after your cats - an outstanding cattery who really love cats. Thank you.”

“Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Mandi has been walking our dog 3 times a week for 6 months now and we couldn’t recommend her enough. Mandi is absolutely fantastic with our dog, he adores her and is so happy when she knocks at the door. Mandi has built a careful bond with our dog and she has been so understanding about his needs to be solo walked and any other needs that he has. She is so kind and has never let us down in 6 months. She is just a fantastic person and any dog is lucky to be walked by her.”

“So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more.
