“I took my Anatolian sheepdog to be groomed for the very first time. Booking was really simple, the Salon was really lovely with a calm environment. The Staff were really friendly and asked many questions to understand my dog fully. When I collected her she was having a cwtch with the Staff Member and she looked and smelt amazing! I will definitely be returning.”

“It’s lovely to visit Kate and Mic in their cosy new premises. They’ve been grooming our dogs for 7 or 8 years. They were amazing with Bailey right up until she left us at almost 14. She was quite a timid little dog but Kate and Michaela were able to make her feel safe and comfortable so that she would go into be groomed quite cheerfully. Now we have Betsi and they’ve been grooming her since her first puppy groom and getting her used to the dryer and clippers. They are so kind and gentle, real dog lovers and very good dog groomers too!”

“I took our Cockapoo here for her very first puppy pamper. When I have bathed her it has been torturous, so I did advise the lady in advance that she might be a handful. Imagine my surprise when I picked her up and the lady showed me a video of my pup being bathed and loving every minute of it! She looked like a big ball of fluff when I picked her up and smelt amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff who were absolutely charming and clearly love dogs. Would definitely recommend and have already booked our puppy in for her next pamper.”

“Took my two Shih Tzu's for grooming in The Pet Shop. They had flea and worming treatment done as well because my one dog won't take the tablets. I feel they did a fantastic job with my dogs as they can be quite anxious. One is more anxious than the other. They gave me good advice about my dogs for their anxiety. They were able to tell me that my dog had an infection in her ear so I could treat it properly. The price was reasonable. They look absolutely lovely, so pleased with they way their fur was cut. Would highly recommend them.”

When I started I could not hold the scissors or clippers properly, i was never made to feel incapable by the supportive and dedicated team at Mucky Pups. The course gives you the skills, techniques and confidence to progress with your dog grooming career. Even when you have completed the course, there is still ongoing support provided. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would recommend this school if you are considering to train as a dog groomer.”

“I can't thank the staff here enough. We called in desperate need of an urgent appointment for our 8 month old french bulldog Martha-May. The reception staff were extremely helpful and very kindly booked us in straight away. From start to finish, the veterinary team was extremely attentive to Martha-May and could not do enough for her and us. All staff provided a professional and friendly service. “We have used Park Vets for the past 25+ years and always found them excellent. Over the last nine months our dog Harry who was 15 under went an operation on his neck. It was a great success and he bounced out of it, with a new lease of life. Sadly he was taken ill in July and it was decided he would have teeth out. Following tests it was found he was a very poorly boy. We made the sad decision for him to be put to sleep. Through all of this the practise were excellent, in particular Michaela made this sad process easier to bear. All staff were so lovely and supportive. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“Lovely vets, made my little girl feel so comfortable she gets excited to go now! Update: I got my dog spayed here, and I cannot thank the lovely lady who discharged her enough. When dropping her off in the morning, she explained everything I needed to know. When I picked her up she went through everything, answered all the questions I had, and didn’t make me feel silly for being emotional. My little dog is my whole world, and after some previous dogs of mine had bad experiences with the vets they went to I was very nervous about this process. The staff here are wonderful, and I wouldn’t dream of taking her anywhere else. Thank you all for looking after my little Gwenllian ♥️”
