“Cardiff cat clinic is excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pet’s care. I know they do their very best for my cat’s health and well-being. Kitty has passed away since I first wrote this review. She was poorly for a long time but still enjoying life. Lois and Anne were the most compassionate people I could have asked for to deal with the decision to end her suffering when it was the right time.”

“I needed my ears cleared of wax and by chance saw that Llanishen pharmacy provide this service. I was able to book easily, on line, an appointment the next day, where others were quoting a much longer waiting time. When I arrived Kav was pleasant, polite, efficient and helpful. I was even provided with photos of my clean ear drums as a sovereign of my visit. Thanks Kav I will have no hesitation in recommending you anyone who require your services. Plus by way of a bonus, it was slightly cheaper that other places that I considered. Having earwax removed is never going to be a pleasant experience but Kav made it as close to one as possible. “Jays pharmacy is absolutely amazing I moved from my local pharmacy to Jays as recommended by my daughter . It's the best move I made, they are a fantastic pharmacy, offering excellent service and very friendly staff. I just had a call from the pharmacist to check how I was getting on with a new medication. He was extremely informative and reassuring, advising me on a side effect I was suffering from, better service than my GP! Cannot fault them! Thank you so much.”

I was not sure if I needed a doctor appointment with a really nasty insect bite but the concern and helpful knowledge of the pharmacist gave me the best care and treatment I required. “I can't thank the staff here enough. We called in desperate need of an urgent appointment for our 8 month old french bulldog Martha-May. The reception staff were extremely helpful and very kindly booked us in straight away. From start to finish, the veterinary team was extremely attentive to Martha-May and could not do enough for her and us. All staff provided a professional and friendly service. “We have used Park Vets for the past 25+ years and always found them excellent. Over the last nine months our dog Harry who was 15 under went an operation on his neck. It was a great success and he bounced out of it, with a new lease of life. Sadly he was taken ill in July and it was decided he would have teeth out. Following tests it was found he was a very poorly boy. We made the sad decision for him to be put to sleep. Through all of this the practise were excellent, in particular Michaela made this sad process easier to bear. All staff were so lovely and supportive. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“Lovely vets, made my little girl feel so comfortable she gets excited to go now! Update: I got my dog spayed here, and I cannot thank the lovely lady who discharged her enough. When dropping her off in the morning, she explained everything I needed to know. When I picked her up she went through everything, answered all the questions I had, and didn’t make me feel silly for being emotional. My little dog is my whole world, and after some previous dogs of mine had bad experiences with the vets they went to I was very nervous about this process. The staff here are wonderful, and I wouldn’t dream of taking her anywhere else. Thank you all for looking after my little Gwenllian ♥️”

“I recently started coming to this pharmacy after being made to wait two weeks for the one on Crwys Road to fill a prescription for sertraline, I eventually gave up and asked for it to be returned to me to go elsewhere. Woodville pharmacy were able to fill my prescription the same day, and in under 5 minutes. The staff were super friendly, polite and efficient. Highly recommend this pharmacy over other far less professional ones in the area.”
