He explained the step-by-step procedure well, and showed me visual aids of how the healing process worked and offered to perform the procedure then and there (without the need for a follow-up appointment). Once again, the step-by-step was explained well to me and the procedure was over within 10 minutes. “Huge recommendation for not just Sands but especially for Megan. As a bus/coach driver I was really starting to struggle with both my movement and stiffness in my lower back. I now have an appointment with Megan every 4-6 weeks and she is a legend. Under the instructions of “feel free to beat the crap out of my back” she gets to work. Both by manipulation, adjusting and using acupuncture she completely resets my back. I have commented that she cracks me like bubble wrap.
