    I booked my car in for a diagnostic as the oil light was coming on, it turns out it was the wet belt on my fiesta which I know not many garages do, in fairness Rob gave me a price to do it and they were amazing. I was able to leave the car there until they could do it and even though the job was a lot bigger than anticipated, Rob communicated regularly with me. I would highly recommend the garage and the advice that I was given when I talked about changing the car in a year or two. Rob told me to call in when i was thinking of changing the car and he would advise what was best on the market. Would definitely use Car Clinic again.

    Unfortunately I can't rate zero. For a job that literally toke 20 mins start to finish I know this because iv had the wheel off and suspension pulled to pull a bolt out found it needed helicoil as the stub bolt hole was stripped I phoned the garage i toke it down so they could had a look at it, they told me they could not do it untill tomorrow ( today ) so I toke the car back. It toke 4 hours from the time I toke it down to get done i was initially quoted £80 -£100 but the final bill came to £146. Was also told when j went back to the garage the bolt needed to be replaced as the thread was damaged, if he told me earlier in the day or yesterday I could have got a new bolt. I asked why they didn't check the bolt yesterday they said we didn't check because the problem was the snub stripped so they didn't think to check it. I have an 18 month old travelling in this car so I need garages to be vigilant when doing work especially something dangerous like suspension/steering. When i initially toke my car down i also asked about fixing my rear crank seal on my audi a3. But unfortunately after today this is a garage im never doing business with again. Now the helicoil is done im going to strip everything back off and get a new bolt sent to the house so I can redo the work that was supposed to have been done. Avoid this garage or at least get a quote on paper and make sure they check the car properly before you hand over your keys or money.
