    First experience with the garage was great, good communication and fast service. Second occasion was poor, was told on two occasions that the work will be priced up and will be called back however failed to do so resulting in my car sitting there for a week not being worked on. If the garage communicated that there was a delay for whatever reason rather than telling me it’s getting done it wouldn’t have been an issue. Had to take my car to another garage due to the uncertainty of when the work was actually going to get done.

    Well I am in complete shock. I took my vehicle to be repaired by this garage. It was sat there for a number of weeks. Taken apart and looked at . Was told the issues and they would resolve it and repair it . Parts ordered . They spoken to me on serval occasions to tell me work was being carried out . This is now completely wrong 'my vehicle hadn't not been fixed as still was coming up with warning lights and was still not driving correctly. I've now had to take to be fixed elsewhere , the lack of customer care and service to be lieing about the fact he's fitting things when clearly there has been nothing done is an absolute joke. I can't believe it was also taken for a test run and given back saying it was completely fixed again not the truth! Totally unsatisfactory and very disappointing to have to pay twice

    Terrible service! Had one of our fleet vehicles for 6 months! Told us the vehicle has been taken apart and the part sent off! That didn’t fix the problem. Told us he wouldn’t charge us for labour just for the new parts used. Took our vehicle to another garage to see if they could fix the problem only to find out that Jamie’s garage hadn’t taken any of the vehicle apart as he said,nothing had been touched at all, just completely lied about everything that he had done,told us he has taken the vehicle for a test drive which was again a lie as the vehicle is tracked and no test drive was ever carried out! Totally unprofessional and time wasters!!

    Great service and very reasonably priced, went to get Aircon re-gassed after they re-gassed it I advised it was more likely to be the pump, left car with them for a couple more hours so they could check. Will definitely be going back there if need anything done to the car.

    Great service, great prices, great communication and went out of their way to fit me in and help me out. Took the time to explain to me in basic English what was wrong and what was needed so I understood the work required. I had regular updates on when the car was ready and when one part wasn't available, the car was made available to me for the weekend and booked back in ASAP to get the job finished. Really impressed!

    They've done good work for me and were able to fix things that were challenging for my normal mechanic, so I was sent there. They specialise in diesels, and their front of house was great and helped me bring treats for my daughter while I waited. Their pricing is reasonable and I trust their work.
