They have replaced my output shaft and clutch with uprated ones from LOF - and the drive is much better. Ian always test drives them to sign off any work, and they proactively suggest preventive maintenance and reasonable upgrades. They are not pushy and give realistic advice.”

“Great experience and service from James and the team at Automotive Cardiff. I had a problem with my wiper blades right before the bank holiday, and was quite stressed as I needed to drive up to Scotland on the Tuesday. Brought the car in, James understood my short timeframe, diagnosed my problem right away, and offered a quick fix to last a few weeks that would get me back on the road. He also gave me a quote to replace the part, confirming with the supplier that they could get it and do it the next day (Friday) before the long weekend. I decided to get the part replaced and sort the issue for good. They had it done by the next afternoon and very kindly also topped up my oil, fixed something with my battery, and fixed a windscreen washer leak at no extra charge. Truly went above and beyond for me, even though I'm not local and sadly won't be able to be a repeat customer. Everyone was really friendly and easygoing, I felt really well looked after and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable mechanics in Cardiff. Big thanks to the team for getting me back on the road – I made it up to Scotland no issues!”

He saw me the next day and fixed my initial problem with his diagnostic tool and I went back today for gearbox service, it's like a new car.
