   I havent used the garage yet, but I just had my car picked up and I cant be happier with the service! Doug came to collect my car and he provided the friendliest service and I am so, so happy with the communication!

   IRG comes recommend by Lexus for bodywork/paint repairs but don't let that fool you into thinking they'll bother ordering parts from Lexus when they can just cut every corner possible. I've had cosmetic work done on my Lexus since taking it to IRG for bodywork repairs and these other garages point out the issues with the quality of the paintwork and their own horror stories. IRG will try and weasel out of basic things like attacheding the trim back on a car correctly so it's not jutting out risking catching on things, inconsistent time estimates for when the work should be completed that range from 2 to 9 days that are both not their actual estimate but somehow also are, failing to update about issues or indeed anything because the staff don't communicate with each other. The paintwork is covered if I get it checked yearly by IRG but with the quality of the work why bother. I paid nearly 4k and they couldn't be bothered to replace a trim choosing to paint over them. I'll never let IRG or it's supposed damage assessors near my car again and I advise anyone thinking of taking their car here to find somewhere else. IRG will do nothing but lie.

   I would not recommend this place for car repair. They are not professional, they are rude and you can not trust what they say. They took my car for repair for a half a day job but it has been three days, they do not answer phone calls and emails properly. I do not know when they are willing to send my car back to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe other branches but this branch in cardiff is really bad. The manager is also so rude and do not help. If they take you car then you do not know what is going to happen to your car and when you are going to get your car back. Do not trust this place. They made me pay the money but still no news on my car. Made me pay for it without even seeing and being happy with the repair. It is not a safe place to go. I do not recommend to anyone. Avoid this garage.

   Awful service! Never once had an update, I've been doing all the chasing. - you advise you will call me with an update and you never do - you gave me a completion date and I took annual leave for this, only to ring and find out the car is not ready! - given me two dates so far and still no updates! Everyone please avoid!

   It has taken IRG Cardiff 4 weeks to repair 3 broken windows and 2 tyres. 1 week on 'quality ' control and a day to wash the car. In line with my expectation the hub cap is missing on a wheel there is sea poo on the car and 20 minutes waiting still no sign of me being able to have my car. How IRG Cardiff keeps going I don't know. I would never recommend them. I still haven't had an apologise. Further to my previous rant, the work that has been done doesn't appear to work as water is coming through the rear passenger door. The foot well is like a swimming pool when it rains. I would never recommend them

   Unfortunately my vehicle was rear ended, it’s been with IRG for just over one month for repair…. They’ve done absolutely NOTHING!! They keep saying they are waiting for the rear light cluster to arrive, however I can order one for next day delivery??? They haven’t even started the repair, despite the light cluster being the last thing that’s required. Their communication has been appalling. I’m trying to run a business and not having the vehicle is losing advertising along with convenience due to the amount of stock on it. They ignore emails and don’t seem to care about how THEIR service provision for customers fall well below any expected service standards. I would definitely NOT recommend IRG.
